Boulevard – специализированный all‑in‑one для салонов среднего размера

If you run a salon, you already know that scheduling is the backbone of your entire operation. A clunky scheduling system doesn't just waste your time. It costs you clients, it creates double bookings, and turns what should be a smooth day into chaos. But here's the reality. Not all scheduling software is created equal. Some platforms are built for solo stylists, others are designed for growing teams. And some are trying to do way too much without doing any of it particularly well. So today I am breaking down the five best beauty salon scheduling software options. We'll cover pricing, standout features, major drawbacks, and who each platform is really built for. By the end of this video, you will know exactly which one matches your salon's size and needs. Let's get into it. So first up is Vigaro, and this one's been around long enough that most salon owners have at least heard of it. Pricing starts at $23.99 per month for one bookable calendar. That's one service provider. You add $10 per month for each additional provider, topping out at $83.99 per month once you hit seven or more calendars. If you're running multiple locations, though, you'll need to contact them for a custom quote. But here's where Vergara gets tricky. Rather than features being tier-locked, you're really just paying for more calendars. Then you add on features a la carte. So text marketing, that's $20 per month. Digital forms are another $10 per month. If you need everything, the costs add up fast. we're talking an extra $300 on top of your base price. That said, the standout feature here is going to be the Vigaro Marketplace. You can list your salon there for free, and unlike most marketplace apps, there's no commission fee when clients find you through it. That's huge for newer salons trying to build clientele. Another solid pro is the QuickBooks and Xero integration. If you're already using those for accounting, everything syncs up really smoothly. So the major drawback is that the platform is not particularly intuitive. I've known both stylists and clients of all ages who find it confusing, clunky, and buggy. It works, but it's not elegant. Who should use Vigaro? Smaller or newer salons that want modern features like automated reminders, but aren't doing complicated tasks like advanced marketing campaigns or building a custom client app. If you need the basics and the marketplace exposure, Vigaro gets the job done. Just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve. Next is MindBody. This platform has been around forever, and it's particularly popular with fitness studios and wellness centers, but it works for salons too. Pricing starts at $99 per month per location. But here's the catch. The pricing structure is hidden. You see that banner that says starting at $99? But instead of clear tier pricing, you have to contact them to learn more. Honestly, that's a little frustrating if you just want to compare options quickly. With that said though, the standout feature is that MindBody does not charge you a monthly fee for payment processing. They will collect 2.99% plus 30 cents per transaction, but unlike other platforms, you're not paying that and a monthly software fee on top. So if you're a high volume salon, that's a pretty significant savings. Another huge pro here is the integrations. You can pair MindBody with so many things like Shopify, Groupon, common payroll apps, powerful marketing platforms it's a very long list so if you're already using a bunch of different tools that you're happy with mind body will play well with almost all of them the major limitation with this one comes down to their advanced reporting and analytics these are crucial for running your business but with mind body getting this you have to pay for a higher tier so at a glance mind body looks really great but some of the key tools that you truly need to run your business well, like detailed reports and their AI front desk assistant, are not available on the base plan. So who should use MindBody? Salon and spa businesses that highly prioritize engagement and finding new clients through digital channels. And if you want to plug into multiple marketplaces and platforms to cast a wide net for new business, MindBody's integration capabilities are hard to beat. Third is Mevo. This platform used to be called Millennium, and if you're familiar with that older system, you'll recognize a lot of what's going on here. Pricing is completely hidden. Every tier requires you to request a quote. The structure breaks down into three tiers, though. Light for small or new salons, Essentials for growing salons, and Premier for established salons looking to optimize and expand. And another quirk is that there are no monthly contracts with Mevo. You have to sign up for an annual contract. I would say the standout feature with Mevo is the convo bar. You can literally speak your question or describe what you're trying to do in Mevo, and the system will guide you to what you're looking for. It's a smart feature that can really reduce the learning curve, at least in theory. AI is a pretty new technology, and so it's not perfect every single time. Another solid pro here is that the entire platform is 100% HIPAA compliant. As med spa services are gaining popularity, this is becoming more and more necessary. If you offer any spa or medical grade services, compliance matters, as you know. The major drawback is that Mevo feels like they tried to carry over the functionality of Millennium and then just rebrand all of it with bright colors. The result is that it can be really confusing to find exactly what you want, especially on busy days at the salon when you need things fast. So my take on this is that if you or anyone on your staff is familiar with Millennium, has worked with that software before, you will have a much easier time getting up and running with Mevo. But if this is going to be everyone's first time with this type of system, you should expect a learning curve. I think Mevo is really best for growing salons that need serious power under the hood and are willing to learn the frankly unintuitive interface in order to get access to all of the data and tools that you are given. If you are data driven and you really want this robust reporting, Mevo delivers. You just have to learn how to use the system well. Fourth is Zenody, and this is where we start getting into the enterprise-level platforms. Pricing for the lowest tier, called Growth, depends on your business type. It'll be $250 per month for barbershops, $350 per month for hair salons, and $400 per month for med spas. And yes, that is the lowest tier, which is far beyond even the highest options that we saw on the previous three platforms. So there are a couple tiers that aren't listed here and you'll have to contact them to find out more about that as well. The standout feature of Zenoti that really sets it apart from other platforms is that they don't really believe in plugins. You won't ever find yourself having to connect this platform to a separate payment app or a client notes platform or a marketing tool. Everything from your online booking to your gift cards to your client communication happens through Zenoti. It's a true all-in-one system. Another huge pro is that they have 24-7 live support. You know, in our industry where weekend days tend to be the busiest, having access to real human support at 2 p.m. on a Saturday is massive peace of mind. The major limitation here, though, of course, is the price tag. Even at the lowest tier, you're paying a pretty serious premium. You have to be absolutely certain that you're going to use these features and get value out of them. Otherwise, you're spending big money every month without seeing a return. Something else that I want to call out here that is very important is that because Zenoti does everything, it's very complex. All of your stylists, even the less tech-savvy ones, are going to need time to learn how to understand entering notes, viewing their reports, managing their schedules, and this can mean a long onboarding process to learn the ins and outs, especially if your staff is a mix of more and less tech savvy people. So all that said, Zanotti is really best for growing salons and spas who really dream of becoming franchises and that are willing to pay a serious premium for a platform that can do everything. If you're scaling fast and you need enterprise level capabilities ASAP, Zanotti can handle it, but only if your budget can too. And finally, Boulevard. This is the all-in-one platform built specifically for salons and spas and it's designed to eliminate the need for juggling multiple disconnected tools pricing starts at 176 per month for essentials or 158 per month if you pay annually that tier covers up to five service providers premiere is 293 a month and gives you unlimited providers prestige is 410 per month and there is also a custom enterprise plan for larger operations. Now, I know these prices, just like with Zanotti, these might feel steep compared to the $23.99 per month option that we looked at with Figaro. But Boulevard is not just your scheduling software. It is your booking system, your point of sale, your client management, your marketing platform, and your reporting dashboard all in one place. Let me show you what I mean. First, the scheduling. I really find Boulevard's calendar to be clean and intuitive. I can book an appointment in seconds, select the client, pick the service, choose the stylist, done. Really not much hunting, no confusing menus, nothing like that. And if someone calls while I'm with a client, the front desk function here makes it really seamless to add them in without disrupting my flow. Second, client management. This is one of my favorite parts of Boulevard. You can track full service history, color formulas, product purchases, allergies, preferences, detailed notes, everything. And I think my favorite part is that you can upload photos directly to any client's profile. If they bring in an inspiration photo or you take a really good picture post-service, you can save it and reference it next time, which means no more trying to remember exactly what that balayage placement looked like six months ago. Now, Boulevard also includes automated text reminders on every tier, plus 100 free two-way text messages per month on the basics tier. That means clients can respond, confirm, or reschedule without calling you. and that feature alone can cut your no-show rate by 30 to 50%. The integrated payment processing starts at 2.65% with no additional per transaction fees, and you can get that down to as low as 1% depending on your processing volume and if you want to use Boulevard's hardware in your salon. The reporting? I have to tell you I'm a bit of a data geek, and this reporting is some of the best I have seen. You can track all of the classic reports, you know, like revenue by service, staff performance client retention rebooking rates but what's even better than that is you can build pretty much any report you want you can go into any of these and add more columns take more columns view by location view by stylist any way that you want to slice it or any picture that you want to create you have the power to do it really quickly and easily and then you can also easily export and share these with your team so you don't have to huddle around a laptop together anymore In terms of drawbacks here, I will say that Boulevard doesn't offer a free trial, only a demo, so you'll need to speak with their sales team to see that before you can really test it out yourself. And yes, the pricing is on the higher end, which means if you're a solo stylist or a very small salon just getting started, this might not make the most sense for you. Who Boulevard is really ideal for is salons with around three stylists or so that are serious about growth and are looking for a software platform that can scale with you instead of having to piece together multiple tools. If you're tired of using one app for scheduling, another for notes, and yet another for reminders, Boulevard brings it all under one roof and makes a really smooth experience for the clients when they do self-booking or when they're checking out. So, now that you know about these top five, let's talk about how to choose the best scheduling software for your salon. If you are a smaller or newer salon on a budget and you're looking for marketplace exposure, Vigara will get the job done. Just be prepared for that slightly clunky interface. If you need serious integration capabilities and want to plug into multiple platforms, Mindbody is worth considering despite the hidden pricing. If you're data-driven and willing to navigate a complex system, Mevo will deliver the powerful reporting that you're after. If you're scaling to enterprise level and need absolutely everything ASAP, Zenody can handle it for a premium price. And if you want a true all-in-one solution that eliminates tool chaos and was designed for salons and spas from the ground up, Boulevard is the way to go. My advice is to make a list of your absolute must-have features. Then take a look at the features list for these five options we talked about today. Pick your top two based on your budget, your business size, and sign up for the demos or free trials for those two. and then really test it. Test it from booking an appointment all the way through to check-in and check-out and see how intuitive it feels to use when you're busy. You'll know pretty quickly which one is the right fit for you. If this was helpful, drop a comment and let us know which platform you're leaning towards.
