Notion

Co‑Work

hey everyone i'm cassandra i run stack marketing a strategy first marketing agency where i help businesses essentially run their marketing departments without having to hire an in-house full-time marketing manager this exact dashboard is what i use to run my content for my own agency and for the clients that are paying me three five thousand dollars a month to help run their marketing um so this is not a demo template okay this is the real thing adapted for you it's not something i randomly pulled on the internet it's what i have created over the years of working in this industry and that works best for me and most efficiently for me so i'm just uh templatizing it and sharing it with the world now because i do think that ai integration is really cool. I'm seeing a lot of stuff online with Claude and I had no idea people were doing this. I just thought I was a nerd behind the computer doing this for myself. So I'd love to show you around and show you how this works. So how you're going to duplicate this in 60 seconds and get your own copy is when you click the link in the description, which you probably have done so as already, it'll open up this template in Notion. It's going to look like you're going to be able to engage in it. And technically you could from this site. However, you're going to, before doing anything, want to duplicate it. So you're going to click on these, this two paper icon looking thing. Okay. You're going to hit duplicate because it's going to duplicate it in the top right corner and it will land in your own workspace. So it's going to take maybe 30 seconds to duplicate it. Then it will land in your own workspace in Notion. You rename name it or don't whatever you want to do nothing else syncs back to me basically and nothing auto updates so then it's yours completely to customize this is very very important because you'll also want to be to do this and ensure that you're duplicating it so your clod can also point to your own system and not to a blank page like this I'm going to give you a quick tour of the main hubs here, just a very, very brief walkthrough. I'm not going to get into each section. However, there is a lot of stuff in here. So if you're unfamiliar with Claude's writing styles and projects, I highly recommend these two things, pairing them before you get into content creation and the content strategy, just because this is going to set the tone for how Claude is going to write like a human that converts. And then in projects, it's how it organizes context in Claude for your precise content, right? Whether it's for your own brand or for clients. Within the writing styles, we have a different, I have basically a few different writing styles set up. So it's showing you at a glance here, but like open loop and pattern interruption and viral video anatomy. This is like approved and proven formula, nine step viral structure that really is like viral worthy type of content. And I'm gonna show you live how this works in an example in a minute. But if you go over into projects, you're going to see that I've also organized templates here to organize projects by either business type. Okay. So if you're a service-based business or product-based or by use case. So if you're working within content creation or social media management strictly. So that kind of, these two things kind of go over the setup, but the cloud content strategy paired with the content planner is really where the bread and butter of everything kind of like shows up. Um, it keeps my brand voice and audience notes and content pillars all stored right here in this dashboard. So then when I'm ready to draft a piece of content, I just literally pull it from this brief, um, grab the context block and then drop it. Like I copy and paste it and drop it into cloud. And then 30 seconds later, I have a draft that sounds just like me. And because I gave it the inputs, it makes it sound exactly like me. Okay. Then from there, I'll review it and I'll show you in a minute, make some light edits and then mark it as approved. So how this works basically is it's matching. Claude will be matching content ideation with the content planner that has content ideas here. Okay. I built this in Notion specifically to follow like a natural progression of content creation. Okay. So how we're going to do this is we're going to jump into Claude. You're going to scroll down and I'm going to show you how to connect your Notion to Claude without using co-work. This is why I created Notion dashboards. So I can kind of curb around the tokens and the Claude co-work and stuff, but still have it completely built with me, if that makes sense. So what you're going to do is you're going to copy whatever prompt you want to use in here. I have a ton of them. If you scroll down, there's different ones by like, you know, full content, idea bank, your own content, trending topics, content pillars, et cetera, et cetera. But this is just a general one that I'll use for the example. You'll click in these little buttons right here in this prompt. You just literally click copy. You're going to bring it over to Claude. In a Claude chat, because we already set up the writing styles, you're just going to select the use style that you want. So for example, for mine, let's do maybe the pattern interrupt one, which is a neuroscience backed pattern interrupt hook. You're going to prompt it. So I already had mine copied. So I'm just going to create this that already has the content filled in, but you're going to make it for your own, right? Change the name, use your own content pillars, et cetera. Now to check if your Notion is connected, you're going to click on this plus sign again and go to connectors. And since mine is already connected, it's toggled on. This is very important because Claude, once you're going to see, is literally going to generate 10 new content ideas for stack marketing, and it's going to auto drop into live, okay, my ideas planner. So I already have 15 here, and I'm going to show you how this works in a second, but you're going to see this ticker go from 15 to whatever just it does now. Okay. Another 10. So 25. So I'm going to click run. Okay. And because it's going to do it in this writing style, it's going to be very pointed for the type of thing that I'm looking for. And then when I go over into my, um, my notion, you're going to give it a second, 30 seconds. It's going to have 10 new content ideas that pop up in the ideas section. So it's going to run. Let me just check it. Cool. So it's fetching. And then in about a few seconds, it's going to drop the content ideas. So you're going to see now from 15 to 25, I now have new content ideas from here. Okay. I'm going to open one of them up I'm going to copy okay what this idea was and when I'm ready to move over into um and actually produce this right so say I approve this okay this one's good to go I want to create content from it how this works is like this column's always going to stay as an idea and it never goes into production okay because right now this is just like a ideation right once you move it from an idea to an outline you're just going to simply drag and drop this over into the next section. And then you're going to see that it adds it to, it doesn't add all of the ideas. Remember, you have to drag and drop it over to the outline to move it into the production list section. Okay. Claude has already categorized it. So you're going to see that it already has an outline. It's around education. It's going to be posted at TikTok. And then you will just finish it. So you're going to add the visuals. You're going to add a cover image. Okay. And then what you can do here is you're going to open it up and then you're going to use the next prompt in Claude. Okay. So using the same writing style, you're going to say, okay, great. Um, script this idea for me. Okay. Very simple. You're just copying and pasting it. And then it's going to script with the format. So it's going to give you a hook. It's going to give you a body. It's going to give you literally the whole entire body of what your script should be, and then it'll give you a call to action, okay? So format, it goes total into everything, like what tone it used, all right? And then if you say, okay, great, now use the same prompt and say I want to change and switch up the style because I don't want it to be it's pattern interrupt. I actually wanted it to be a format that is the strict video format okay you're going to see how this content changes right so this one uses a basic hook body and cta when i change the writing style but i use the same exact prompt i use the same exact content idea it's going to give me a completely new one i'm going to pause it because i'm running out of time so here you're a completely different response even though it was the same exact prompt. And you'll just add it to the body of this paragraph.
