ALL NEW JCB 6300 - KIOTI RIDE ON MOWER

Howdy folks, welcome to Angry Technica 2025. Got me, got George's mate with me. George's mate, oh yeah. So we've, this is Sunday. Yes. I've really, no, yes it is Sunday, yeah. We've really lost sort of track of what day it is. We come over yesterday from Stan said didn't we, Saturday. Straight to the UTV stand, helped finish setting that up didn't we, all the light boxes in and everything. And we've been here today, we've just sort of found a bit of grub, had a cheeky drink and started wandering and we've come into the Coyote stand. First sort of stand we've come to really. And yeah, this little thing caught our eye, didn't it mate? So it's essentially a ride on lawnmower. With a three-point hitch, a PTO, front linkage and a line. Yeah, and a full-size cap. So, yeah, massive. It's a full-size tractor cab, literally, on a normal ride-on lawnmower. Lovely hydrostatic, dual-pedal hydrostatic, joystick there for your loader. A couple of spools, PTO. A couple more spools there, actually, aren't there, look? Lovely little bit of kit. And you can... Oh, has it got aircon? It's got aircon. So I was gonna say like even in the summer it's gonna be a bit hot when you're mowing the grass Got aircon on it. That's a nice way to start the show It's different. It certainly is mate. I've never seen a full-size cab on a ride-on lawnmower before. Very nice Yeah, made a nice job of that, didn't they? So over here We've got the 1403. Now this is the tractor I went to the launch of roughly about a year ago at Coyote HQ in the UK. 140 horsepower, eight speed power shift transmission, two range if I remember correctly, and it was a pokey little tractor lot. Just nice and simple, not too complicated. Manual spools, manual controls, but a lovely little tractor lot. Nice. That's something they like in Germany. It's becoming more popular in the UK, the Swarmuller ball, isn't it like? Ball and spoon, do they call it? Yes, yeah. It's like the 50mm ball you have on your pick-up? 50mm, aren't they? These are 90mm, aren't they, I think? I think they're 90mm, aren't they, Dan? 90%. But anyway, it's supposed to be lovely and smooth, no jerkiness. No. And they do love them, the auto hitches, aren't they? They love them. Yeah. And of course, no pick-up hitch. No, no, I cannot fathom how they operate like that. Yes, yeah, yeah, he knows, doesn't he? Right, so here we are. There she is, sports fans, there she is. First time I've seen her in the flesh. 6,000 series, 6,300. Been waiting a long time for this. So, first impressions. Ah, yeah. She's bigger than the 4000 obviously, but she's not bigger or she's not as big as an 8000 series. But the most important thing about this machine is the fact that it's got rear wheel steering. That is what was missing on the 8000 series and I think limited sales. Hold your horses. What is that? Oh, that's a 6-2-60. That's fair enough. For a minute, I thought that was an 8,000. So, have they done the 8,000s of a four-wheel steer as well? Well, they haven't yet, obviously. That's the smaller model, or slower horsepower model, the 6-2-60. Let's be honest, not many people are going to buy that. They'll be buying the 300 horsepower model. So, like I say, the most important thing is four-wheel steer. JCB have always done a good back end. five spools one of them is running the top link power beyond yeah still running look at the size of that disc in there she's a monster and I mean this dwarfs the brakes on my 3000 screws absolutely dwarfs them this will stop as well as the car this will big big discs on there we've got a new design or new design that I've seen, Auto Stabiliser, not seen that design before, looks fairly substantial. Obviously of course Fast Track, since the 4000 series range was launched they've had self-leveling front and rear with power up and down. She is running 710, 710, 55, 38 front and rear. Because of course, unlike the 8000 series, these are still equal wheeled machines. So she's running 710s. Don't look it, to be honest, but that is a lot of tyre on the ground. That's as big as, it's a 55 profile, but that's as big as most 200, 250 horsepower. Maybe not quite as big as, but very similar footprint to a 250. 300 horsepower conventional tractor. So we've still got the old anti-roll bar. Heavier duty than on my 3000 series. There's your front suspension. This will be one of the most comfiest tractors on the market. Probably the most comfiest tractor on the market along with the 4000 and the 8000. You simply cannot beat the comfort of these machines. Simply cannot beat it. So onto the front, folding front linkage obviously front PTO, two services, return on there, your 7 pin, D plug, PTO engagement, disengagement, hydraulics up down. I'm surprised there is, yeah, we've got an isobus connector there but I'm surprised there's no buttons for the front services. Obviously one thing that has changed between this and the 4008000 series is the styling and I like it. I like it that they've gone to square or rectangular lights. I think it looks a lot better than the round 4008 series lights. Far more aggressive. Slight redesign on the bonnet. Yeah, she looks mean. She looks ready for business. Obviously full LED light package all the way around. Yeah, lovely machine. Lovely machine. There's your hydraulic tank. So we'll get in and out of the bootches in a minute. Cab air filter there. Big diesel capacity, ABLU built in. Running a deck weight on these, which a lot of them will be. You can probably still run a little tray. These run smaller trays than like 3000 series. Yeah, normally a 900k deck weight is used on them. Puts the weight directly above the axle. Good size final reduction hubs. Look like double reduction. Looks like it's got CTR as well, central tyre inflation. Right, George has been tossed in me with the camera. What's it for filming, George? Is it up there? Yeah. Down here, you numpty. So, yeah. Just done a little bit of a walk around us, waiting for this gentleman to get off the phone. Knees on the phone. Yeah, let's have a look in here, shall we? That's comfy. So. As I kind of expected, it's the same as the 4000 and would be the same as the 8000 series. There's nothing to do. They haven't really updated the cab since the launch of the Icon series. But of course, you now get the full 12-inch tablet or whatever it is. Lovely armrest controls. Actually a joystick for controlling forward and reverse. Yeah, it's a lovely place to sit. Of course, the other things I haven't mentioned. that differentiate this from the 4 and the 8000 series. Now running an FPT engine and a ZF transmission. So we've gone away from the ML180 and the 260 that are on the other tractors, the ADCO transmissions. Now running ZF and FPT engines. So hopefully that's a, you know, it's a proven combination because other marks use that combination in their tractors and it's something that's been well proven so hopefully it continues to be a well proven design in this tractor and hopefully she's nice and reliable and soon we'll have a look at her on the road.

Agritechnica 2025. Darren and I had 3 full days at the show and we still missed bits, that's over 30 hours! and we still didn't see it all! We tagged along with the UTV Products crew which was great and we thank them for there hospitality. we recorded tons of interesting things and instead of showing 2 or 3 very long general videos i'm going to keep them shorter and more focused, we hope you enjoy them!
