down in Cheltenham today. Partner Farm, Chris Metford's at his Dino Day which is in aid of Rabi, Yana and FCN. And yeah, we've got some really quite nice tracks here. We've obviously got some modern stuff, a nice 8S, 265 there, lovely 245R John Deere, I think 345R John Deere. Those have bought their 8100. This challenge has just turned up. Behind the 8100 is a very nice TW25. And up there, we'll have a look around that in a minute. FW60 boys. We'll have a look. It's been lovely, wasn't it? 1200, can't go on. The shaft's not quite long enough to get the shaft on. Damn it, you would have sounded nice. You would have sounded. For the two to the wall. Talking of nice. This'll sound nice. It'll be nice. Nice bit of kit. It's very tidy, mate, isn't it? Yeah, very nice. Big old exhaust on them old things. And she's the 50th anniversary edition. Yeah. Nice old tractor. I'm a 7220. What are they? 200 horse? Something like that? Yeah, nice old girl, though, like. An old 4220 just turned up on a low loader. There goes the old Magnum. I think we might have the 8-2-10 next. Yeah, fair line-up of track. That's the other good thing about coming to different places, seeing different tractors. But, of course, yeah, next Saturday, on the 7th of March, over at King's Yard, God Manchester, we've got our Dino Day. Again, fourth year in a row. My old girl, that is, innit? And, yeah, so come along, we've got... over 12 well over 20 tractors to go on that does sound nice yeah hopefully we've got some nice weather uh there's the charity auction we do there's you know food and drink to buy um yeah it's all good so come along on the 7th over at god manchester and yeah we'll have to see you there let's have a look at this eight to ten we work a bit harder don't we even got diddly squat sponsoring somehow yeah We didn't think we'd try then did we? Well we could be back home mate can't we? Almost. We could be back home. Pretty as a pair. The TW is cleaner than mine. I guess it is actually isn't it? Yep. It is. It is tidier than yours. Inside and out. Incredibly original. We have been allowed in by the owner. Yeah, he did say jump in there. He said jump in and have a look. He said take it up the road. Yeah, go for a drive, George. Go for a drive. No, you go first. No, you go, I'll film. I'll tell you what, it's very original inside, isn't it? Look at that. Oh, wow. Nice seat as well. It's tidy in here. It has got a lovely seat. You've got a little bit similar. One's a headlining. Yeah, you do as well a bit, didn't you? No, the headlining's probably the better bit in mind. I need all these sides. I'll tell you what, you... He's only got two steps. You've got three. That's quite a step up that is. But that's a proper Ford seat. It is a proper Ford seat. Lovely and comfy. It does look nice. It's proper material. It looks nice. The proper lid as well. You know the lid on yours? Mum made that. Oh did she? Was it missing? Yeah, it didn't have any foam there at all. That's what it should look like. It's tidy in here isn't it? Look at all the side panels. These are all bowed and cracked. Look at the stickers on here, even the park sticker. Yeah, it's still legible isn't it? You might be able to get a kit for that, I don't know. Look at all the decals for your priorities. It's tidy isn't it? And he said he hasn't done anything in here. That could be, if that's an actual reading, 5,815. So if that's an actual reading, that would account for the very nice condition. Typical gauge problem, though. Oh, yes, yeah, yeah. You have cured that on yours, haven't you? Yeah, mine was that one. Battery one, it goes a bit far and it gets stuck, doesn't it? It gets stuck, yeah. But same with the engine oil pressure, isn't it? Engine oil pressure one, yeah. Yeah, and it's smart. Original light switch. Yes, that's different to mine. Yeah, I had to get it. You bodged one in, did you? Bodged one in? How dare you? That was a Ford, that's a proper Ford switch. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Probably not a TW switch, but yeah, how smart is that? I wonder what the bottom switch is? I haven't got one of those. We've got that, that switch is between... What does that say? Off? It says off. Oh, just there. Maybe it's somebody's added, maybe it's not a... Well, I don't know, though, because it's got the sticker. I don't know what that would be for. I'd have to ask you on that. Yeah. Because I think mine's just got a little grommet in the hull. Yes, yeah, yeah. What a lovely... Very, very, very nice. Lovely bit of shit, isn't it, mate? Yeah, yeah, yeah. The original twiddly knob radio. Oh, yes, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm about to fucking nosh you off if I'm not careful. Don't, please. Look at that, yeah. She is lovely, isn't she? Very nice. Yeah, it's very, very nice. Yeah, they're nice. Getting a bit of a fade along that. You start to go green, but they're not busted. No, no. All the door seals, I don't know whether he's done them. It's a long way down. That would... Yeah, I think, yeah. All the door seals are in good order. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They look original, actually. Yes, they're not new, are they? No, I think they are original. Yeah, a good nick lot. Very nice, yeah. Yeah, superb tractor. Oh, yes, it's got a middle step missing. Yeah, I think it is actually missing, isn't it? It's a long way, isn't it? Yeah, I'm sure it's supposed to have another one. I don't know. It should do. That would be about right, wouldn't it? Your one's got the third there. Definitely, yeah. Interestingly... She's like wound right in. So adjustable wheels. She's in quite a way on the axles. And on the strakes. Yeah. And the front dishes are inverted. So your one, the wheel's the other way so it brings it out. Yeah, yeah. So it's quite a narrow tractor. I wonder if that would probably affect the steering lock a bit as well, wouldn't it? He might have had to adjust the stops light. Adjust the stops light, yeah. I would think so, wouldn't he? I mean it doesn't touch by the looks of it, but it must be fairly close. Original headlights, that's what you need really, you need a set of them. Yes, if any of your subscribers on here, anybody knows of anybody or has got a set of original Ford headlights like these. You want them. Yeah, I'm not worried about the glass, I'm not worried about if it's all corroded or so long as the backing is yeah you want the housing you want that bit yeah because you're going to put new headlights in i want to put new headlights yes in it like but you need the correct no and the original ones that we had on the t well i had on the tw they were different yeah they're obviously not original and i put some led some complete new units on some led and they're they're all right they're better than original They're not brilliant. You want to put some UTVs on so you can see where you're going. I'd like to put some UTV ones inside the original housing. Yes, they go in them, not... Which, obviously, UTV don't sell the housing. No, no. So, yeah, if anyone's got them, a pair of them in... In half-decent order. I don't want them so they're all rotten. No, but in half-decent, Nick, let me know. Yeah, I'm not expecting any freebies. No. Pay for them, pay for the shipping. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, what a super machine. super machine yeah no the only thing that kind of i'll say well not lets it down but is is missing so to speak is the fact you haven't got a pickup hitch on it you've only got the draw bar so where darren's has got the pickup pitch on it like yeah that's coolant filter under the step oh is it coolant yeah i thought it was an additional fuel that's cool it's teed into the uh peter circuit oh right right inner wheel waits on light yeah smart old girl isn't she smart old girl now you've not seen this on the dot that is worth noting um you've not seen it on the dial because we're talking to the owner and he says he he thinks he's got a ato clutch issue yes so it's bill what he's brought it so yeah people can see it he said it drives lovely up the road all the other clutches work yeah the main clutch works but he's scared that well he thinks it occasionally he said it slips when he's had it on her yeah yeah and i think if you put it on a dyno that'll finish it yeah last thing you want to do is is kill it like exactly yeah so just fill the back end up with crap yeah exactly so hence you've not seen on the video being put to use so um but uh yeah lovely to see and lovely you know to see the pair next to each other lock so like i said we could quite easily be at um match yard darren's tw my fw but this is a 60 not a 30. talking to a few of the people that are in the know it's quite an unusual one quite unique one because she's got a series 5 chassis there is five chassis which didn't come out apparently I think he said till 85 but this is on a B plate so it's an 83 yeah it's got a coming straight six big cam yeah but not an automatic the Allison automatic it's on a manual yeah which they didn't do some rubber axles which They're actually tiny. Compared to the axles on mine, which I'm not sure what axles are on mine, but these are tiny in comparison, aren't they? Yeah, yeah. So it's a bit of a mish-mash, if you will. But we were wondering whether it is like an early... Obviously, these are Stigers, we all know that. I wonder if it was a Stiger that they bought over, and the intention of selling it as a Ford, and did this as a pre-production, but it never actually went into production. Quite likely, I would say. Yeah. Quite likely. But yeah, big old Hoffs, you'd sound nice. There's a lot of differences between this and yours though. No end. Huge differences. I mean, it looks, you stand back 20 feet and it looks the same. Yeah, it looks exactly the same. But steps and wheel arches are completely different. So mine are cut in, see that bit of cross brace there? That's the angle my steps are cut in, so they're built in. Your batteries are then double stacked in here. Yep, they go there. In a box. center joint is completely different mine's got uh mine's got like three pivot uh yeah mine's got three pivot sections on it yeah um your steering rams are up here on this on mine they're here but consequently you've got so much more access to your drop box and well everything in there a lot far more access like valve block on mine is situated there top of the box on this one yeah it's like they go in the bottom of the cab and yeah we haven't looked in the cab before but yeah a lot different a lot different until it's a lot later can't you around the back there's a few modifications as well fuel tanks i'm sure mine's a bit steeper at the back You can't see the top of the fuel tank on yours when you stand at the back. Your fuel tank is higher, but also flatter. Squarer sort of thing. Swinging drawbar is different. That looks heavier. It does look heavier, doesn't it? It's a much heavier drawbar. And on a single roller, yours is on a twin smaller roller. I'm sure the sisters are in different spot on mine as well. Are they or are they not? I don't know. I can't remember. I think they're a bit more forward. I know all your valves are in a different place. Yeah, they're sort of all up. Again, that's cleaner, isn't it, like, sort of thing. Those rams, I don't know, but those rams look bigger. Yeah, they're leaking, but... Yeah, it's a big old girl. Batteries on this one are located up on the wing here. Yeah. What's she... What tire's she on? What's that? three point thirty point five thirty two yeah same size tire but a what a noble obel sheena no bell no that's oh that's a bell sheena sheen the bell sheena wherever they're made yeah what's that one say that's the same yep bell sheet never heard of them they look like a good they look like the goodies made in belarus oh right yeah been on there a while they're fair they have been on a while yeah there's a fair few cracks in them and that right but they're obviously reasonably priced I would say. Yeah, size of the old turbo or whatnot. Yeah, so in theory this should be roughly sort of 335 horse. Should it? Yeah, yeah. Needs one of Ginge's straight stacks on it, doesn't it? Yeah, it could do with all the pipes doing it, all the pipes from the turbo. Yeah. There you go Ginge, little job. Yeah, little job for you Ginge, yeah, yeah. about two grounds off of the pipe there I'll shoot still the very inaccessible steps to get in I did the other other week I did lower mine down by a hole so uh mine are a bit easier to get on but well this is they've pre-drilled this one so you can make it higher oh yeah well it still sits at the bottom of my what are we going to describe that as George? Me! Yeah, a lot more access though, obviously being the straight-six rather than the V8, it's far easier to get round the... Far easier, yeah. Like mine's sort of hanging out here a bit, isn't it? Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Big old lump, eh? A different term. Aaron takes a different sort of style, isn't it? Obviously a lot shorter. Yeah. I don't know why you'd have it that short. I'll still have it poking above the top of the cab, just so you ain't got the mushroom in your visibility. Yeah. Yeah, that's about the only reason though, isn't it? Because it's not like... We get the dust bowls while we get over in the state. Quite tidy in cab. Is it? Yeah, not going to get in, but it's quite tidy in there. Yeah. Yeah, she's... What have you spotted now? Just looking at the way the wiring. Presumably this is more original than what mine is. Well, you've got their multi-plugs. Yeah, but these multi-plugs are meant to be... They're designed to be panel mounted. Yeah. And I'd always wondered where they're supposed to be mounted. No, they've just been flopped there. That's how they were. I think that's obviously how they are. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, very smart. I'd say yours would be as nice as that. Yeah, maybe. Yeah. Don't smoke as much as yours. No, I don't. No, it's a shame, isn't it, really? Shame it didn't go on the dyno, to be fair. It would have been nice to see what she were putting out, to be fair, wouldn't it? But like we said earlier, he's got PTO clutch issues, so fair enough. But next week, we'll find out what yours do. Yep. And everybody else's. Yes, exactly, yeah. 7th, Saturday, come along. Plenty of tractors to go on the dyno, over 20. All different types, sizes. Charity auction, again, like we've done the past two years. Food and drink. Food and drink to purchase. Yeah, be a good crack. Yeah, we're going to have a bit of... bit of a bet i think and see what down because you want 200 but this was based on my i think it's about 170 odd lot yeah out of the back end three years ago it did 161 yes yes so that's a bit of a stretch to your own video yes yes yes but you were there not paying attention no no yes i think 200 horsepower might be a bit of a stretch on 161, which is obviously already up on what it should be. Yes, exactly. We'll see what she does. Close to 200 would be nice.

Darren and I ventured down to the RABI Dyno day near Chelmsford, organised by Chris Metson, there were some nice tractors being put to the test. Also a bit of Deja-vu with a lovely Ford TW25 and a FORD FW60 parked next to each other. If you'd like to donate visit the RABI website here. https://rabi.org.uk/
