Pro. |

If you're watching this, you probably know the importance of creating content, whether for your business or for your personal brand. I've started creating content since 2018. And back then, it really did take forever because I didn't have any AI help. And nowadays, luckily with AI, things can be a little faster. But for beginners, a lot of people are probably thinking, what kind of AI software do I need to use? Do I need to use this? ChatGPT or Cloud Perplexity or this and that? And you are just overwhelmed just to keep... up with ai different update and didn't start because you feel like you need to learn different ai tools before you post content so if you're overwhelmed this video is just for you Because I spent hours to figure out what kind of platform is the best to use for script writing or image generation or research tool, all of that so that you don't have to. Okay. So in this video, I'm going to talk about Gemini and ChatGPT and Claude and Perplexity and try to figure out what is the best platform out there. I'm going to rank them in different sections. So by the end of the video, you will see exactly what to use for writing a script. and for image generations, for research and citations, as well as the cost feature. What is the most cost effective? I have seven different categories that I would love to talk about. First is script writing and hooks. Second, brand voice. Third, trend research. And fourth, thumbnails and images. And what is the best for long form writing? And what about the speed as well as free tier? What is the best? And then I'll be giving you final rankings, I promise. But let's go with the very first one, which is script writing and hooks. As you probably heard, Claude is my favorite for script writing and hooks. Claude got 9.3 and I want to give you a very specific example of what I used. the prompt that i used for this is i gave my specific video it's based on this existing video that i have on youtube don't start ai agency do this instead or how i sign 36 000 clients in two weeks write me 10 minute youtube script about how to sell ai websites using clock code give me a hook three title options add b-roll cues So when I asked this prompt to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, this is what I got. So for Claude, use Opus 4.5 because that's my favorite one right now. So the hook that I got, it says, okay, so last week, a client paid me $3,000 to build them a website. The whole thing took me about 45 minutes using Claude code. And I'm not going to lie. I almost felt guilty charging that much. Here's how exactly how I did it and why you should be doing the same thing. That's a pretty good hook. and the title over here so one of the reasons why i chose cloud over other platform is because this actually sounded like me it sounded pretty natural and i feel like that's one of the best feature of quad it doesn't really sound like ai versus other platforms they definitely do sound like ai so there's no hype and there's a b-roll cues as well let's go with chat gpt so chat gpt says what if i told you that you could build and sell professional website in under an hour without writing a single line of code yourself in 2026 okay already it sounds very robotic and it sounds like ai definitely wrote it i felt like when i was reading it i'm part of the commercial kind of like a car insurance commercials anyways that sounded like that so that's why i didn't really like this what about perplexity now perplexity has its own pro but this one is pretty interesting it says the ai website building market reached 1.2 billion in q1 2026 with tools like cloud code enabling non-developers create production ready site in minutes source according to webflow survey 43 this sounds way way to statistic based thing which perplexity is really good at which we're going to talk about later but writing a script perplexity sucks it will just bore me out so no way gemini i should have used gemini 3.1 but here's what i got hey everyone so today i'm going to show you how to build and sell ai website using clock code this is really exciting topic because more and more businesses are looking for ai power websites let's jump right in it definitely has some youtuber style in it and that's exactly how i started my video every single video back in 2018 i even did like hard like all this cheesy stuff but this is too generic it has zero personality i feel like this is what have we heard from any other youtubers so that's the reason why i chose flawed to be the winning for script writing and hooks now let's go to the second one which is the brand voice also claude wins claude is the best and then chat gpt and then gemini perplexity so the specific prompt that i use for this is i pasted three intros from my real videos that i uploaded on youtube and i asked write me a new intro and a video about using ai to automate your content flow make it sound like me not ai This is very important because when they're writing a script, I want to read it. And when I read it, I feel more comfortable of reading it because I feel like my brain just grasps to my own style a little bit better compared to some opposite style, which perplexed it. That's not my style. Anyways, Claude, let's read this. I've been playing around this AI content workflow for the past two weeks. And to be honest, I wasn't really sure it would actually work for someone like me who's not super technical. You know how it is. You see all these fancy demos online, but then you try yourself and it's whatever. This sounds like me. i feel like this is very easy for me to understand and digest and speak because it does sound like me already so i nailed it funny vulnerable but knowledgeable tone claude did really good job i do have this vulnerable but knowledgeable tone because i want to relate to you guys and i'm really not coming from technical background i can really relate so this is really good chat gpt what if i told you that you could automate 80 of your content workflow using ai and still sound like yourself most creators no it doesn't sound like me it really doesn't and the energy is good because i can be like hey what if i can i what if i tell you but i don't really use like a game changer or let's dive in so yeah it's not really me perplexity is definitely not me it really likes numbers i do like numbers but i don't really like talking about numbers as much so it says ai empowered content creation tools seen as 340 increase in adoption among solo creators since january 2020 oh my gosh this is so boring definitely not me zero personality markers okay gemini Gemini's hey everyone welcome back to my channel so today i want to talk about something that's been kind of blowing my mind lately using ai to automate your entire content world i don't sound like this either like this is not bad but this is very generic youtuber's voice not my voice so that's the reason why i gave claude the best in terms of figuring out brand voice now let's go to next category which is trend research so this category is very interesting the very first one is perplexity and here's the reason why i gave this specific prompt to each platform and i said i run youtube.com sandy lee ai i make videos about this and these are my top videos what should my next video about do the research from what other small creators are talking about and what's been blowing up in this industry claude didn't really give me very specific information it gave me a framework but not real live data now i'm talking about claude chat feature not claude code not claude co-work claude was not really good at it that's why i gave claude the lowest number because it didn't really give me any specific information versus chat gpt yes it did give me some information but one of the problem is it didn't really study my channel thoroughly, where it just gave me the same information that I published a couple days ago, which was funny, like, I already talked about that. But apparently just chat to PT just recommended to talk about it again. which doesn't make sense but perplexity did really good job one of the benefit and advantage of using perplexity is that perplexity always cites different websites so there's a less chance of hallucination because it gave the actual citation from youtube and x Reddit and Hacker News. And it gave me an idea of how I should be talking about Google Stitch because everybody on X were talking about Google Stitch during that time. And I did. And I got 22,000 views after posting that. So I'm glad I listened. So perplexity was really good. Gemini was also not bad. And one of the reasons why Gemini is good is because it's Google product and Google trends and data analysis is really good. So I feel like Gemini and Google Trends are talking to each other and then using that. But Gemini also didn't do thorough research of my platform and just like ChatGPT. So for that reason, I really like the deep research ability that perplexity has. That's why for a trend research tool, you should be using perplexity. Now let's go to the next one, which is thumbnail and images. Now this is pretty interesting. ChatGPT actually won over Gemini. But here's the prompt that I use. Make me a YouTube thumbnail for my video. This one right here. Dark background, bold text, my face looking surprise. And my headshot is this. Look at the existing thumbnail on Sandy AI for reference. let me be very clear gemini nano banana 2 is my favorite tool when it comes to creating thumbnail and that's something that i use a lot like most of the time 99 of times i use gemini nano banana pro creating something from scratch gemini is not really good at it because i get inspiration from other creators what's been working and i tweak it into my own style my images and i tweak it into my own version sandy's version of what's working out there but creating something from scratch gemini was not the best so let me show you what that looks like i copied the prompt exact same prompt chat gpt and this is what i got and obviously i forgot to put my photo in there that's why it has some asian guy in here i didn't know how he knew i was asian Oh, because maybe Lee, Sandy Lee, I don't know. Anyways, this is the first image that I got, which is pretty decent. This is actually a good looking thumbnail in the second image that I got. And I put my photo in there and then they just created something like this, which is not as good compared to first and second. But still, this is what ChatGPT has given me. i gave the exactly same prompt to gemini and nana banana pro and this is what i got from nana banana pro what about perplexity i got two different things from perplexity this image right here this sucks It really sucks. Perplexity is like your nerdy research friend who really likes numbers, who really likes to research things, but who suck at designing. That's how I see it. And Claude also was not good at it. Look at this. What is this? Insane Claude code, remote control. And then you have little tiniest like, what is this? Not good. so that's the reason why i gave chat gpt the highest number do you see that however if you already have an idea and you want to get inspired from other creators and then tweak it into your own style i recommend gemini nano banana pro so let's go back and go with the long form writing So long-form writing, cloud one. Here's a prompt that I use. Write a long-form blog post version of my video. How I automate 90% of my social media content with cloud code. And make it a complete guide. My workflow, the tools, real result. In my voice, casual, honest, anti-grew. And this is my newsletter and website. Claude actually did the best. As you saw in the other categories, it did really good at writing my own voice. And not only that, it feels like this is a very natural, something that I would have just whispered fluid. And the second one was actually Chachipiti. Chachipiti was actually pretty good. It had a solid structure, but it sounded too AI-ish. And it didn't have the vulnerability piece, just like how I struggled when I was learning different things. It didn't really. that it just sounded too perfect like robots ai so i'm like no not really and perplexity was not really good it had a ton of citations which is good for research again but perplex is not a writer no not in my world it had a wrong voice and i didn't really like perplexity when they wrote it gemini was unfortunately also not good at this gemini was very generic it didn't really have any storytelling for me it sounded like chat gpt is one of those ai tool that's trying to get there trying to sound like human right versus cloth is oh my gosh is this human written or ai written i'm a little confused right but perplexity and like what the heck is this and gemini it's more of a okay i know that yeah i wrote this you know i didn't even try so that's how i feel about gemini when it comes to long form writing so i do recommend when it comes to writing and hooks short form whatever is clod clod is the best but what about the speed speed and workflows when it comes to speed and workflows chat gpt beats everybody all the ai platforms are pretty fast but chat gpt has been the fastest the prompt that i use is i'm making a video similar to a practical claw bot use cases give me everything i need in one shot title thumbnail concept and everything and claw actually did pretty good job at giving me high quality prompt for each sections and it didn't really ask me for further details which i liked that too ChatGPT was the fastest. When I asked the same prompt, it has the fastest output and it was actually really good structure. So ChatGPT definitely be clawed when it comes to speed. perplexity was also fast but compared to chat gbt it wasn't as fast and perplexity also asked some questions after me asking them so it took a little bit longer same thing with gemini gemini is really good but it needed two follow-up prompts after that so it's asking me a lot of questions like what about this so it makes me feel like one of those friends who's asking questions all the time is that and this and that and then just get the point do you not understand that's how i felt with gemini when i was doing this even though i really like Gemini in different ways. Again, Gemini has its own pros, right? Creating images, fantastic, or like even notebook LM, which I will cover that in the next video. Now let's go with the cost. When it comes to cost, Gemini beats everybody. I use AI every single day to run my content pipeline, scripting, research, thumbnail, social media, automation. I'm paying Cloud Code Pro and I'm paying Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, Perplexity Pro, how much each one actually cost, and which combo gives me best bang for the buck as a YouTube creator. Claude has a free version. If you were to pay for it, $20 a month, max, which is the plan that I'm on, ChatGPT, also free. They actually barely launched this Go plan for $8 a month. Plus is $20 a month, and Pro is $200 a month. Okay. perplexity free and pro gemini is free google ai pro is 19.99 google ai ultra is 42 dollars so the reason why gemini is a little bit less than others is because buy one dollar gemini does a ton of promotion and a lot of discount all the time if you're a student they even offer one free year of trying gemini pro you can use video production based on that too Speaking of, creating video, VO3 is one of the best platforms that you can create AI videos. Until CDance 2.0 comes out. So I guess it's more of a Google versus ByteDance. Maybe US versus China. Sorry not to talk about politics, but my major was political science. What can I say? so let's go with the quick answers all right when it comes to writing a script Claude is the best one research citation perplexity and free tier is Gemini now if you want to create images or even make a video that will be Gemini as well Let's go with the final rankings. The very first platform that I recommend is actually Claude. Based on everything that we talked about, number one is Claude and the second one is ChatGPT, third one is Perplexity and fourth one is Gemini. This is strictly related to what we talked about in different categories today related to content creation. So what I recommend is picking your tool based on your own style. Try different things to see what fits your personality. the best and see what you resonate with the most. But whenever you're doing research, definitely use perplexity and writing plot for sure. But if you're curious about different AI tools, put something in my website where you can search what is recommended by me. for research tool writing tool image generation videos so go to slyautomation.com slash tools I'll put in the description below I also put the summary of this in the description below as well so you can take a look at that all right I hope this video was helpful in the next video I'm also going to do something similar because I'm pretty sure some of you guys are confused should I use codex or clock code there are so many different platforms so I'm going to do a research in each platform and then give a grade what is the best one to use what is the most cost effective what is the easiest for us to use so make sure to subscribe so you don't miss the next video
