Howdy folks. So we're just going to put the muck trailer on. We've got a load of muck to move. Yesterday it was on the new 225 with the Ceres mole clown. You can't really see it through my dirty windows, but that's what we're on yesterday. But that's coming off today to go spraying. And yeah, we might be putting this on it. So one of the best benefits about the old CHC Nav system is you get a camera with it, as you can see. This is very handy if you run fast tracks because you cannot see the hook at all on a fast track. But you do get a bit of a, you do get a sick sense as to where the hook is, but it is always nice. I'm just missing there as you can see. It is nice to know you've positively got it. So there you see. bang on there's no there's no guesswork so that is a big bonus for like when this is on the fast track always just flick it on if i'm changing trailers makes life so much easier that's locked in drop the arms down a bit jobs are good so we've just got a tire to blow up before we uh get hooked on um yeah it's a bit soft when it got parked there and obviously it's gone down even more so Put some wind in it, hopefully that'll hold it and sort it out another day. I do love that. It's so easy. Just having air there all the time. Reel it out. There, that's locked. And we can just put some wind in this tyre. All right, that's aired up. So, yeah. Today, I'm not sure it's the best idea I've ever had. We're going mulling. Obviously, as I said, I was mulling yesterday. With the newer of the 225s, well, did I just say? I can't remember. That's going either spraying or drilling. I think it's going drilling today. So we've took that off. Putting this on it. Now I did say, a year or so ago, whatever it was, I was never going to do heavy draft with it. Like, do you remember when it was on the flat lift, that's when she went pop. So, it's really not pulling very hard at all in there. So, I think we'll be alright. Alright, so we've got to take the pick arms off. You never tend to get full range, or full depth really, with these old fast track links, back ends, because it's such an awkward type system. They rarely go all the way in, so that one's slightly bent, so that won't slide in, so it won't go all the way down. So you just... Whip them off, that's the easiest way. They're definitely not in the way then. But we've got Target acquired. His father-in-law on the 225 with the Joker. But we're still going to have him. Just like that. I should have done Tractor Boy races, shouldn't I really? Shall I do him? Shall I do him? Do fancy it. Don't give me a heart bollocking, won't it? But yeah. Yeah. Do fancy it. time i don't know you know no word for word one of the most legendary video clips there ever was very funny chap very funny chap shame he didn't you know continue doing videos because very good very good all right so here we go let's hope she can actually pull it i'm sure she can i'll say it's it's uh light still but it's um but last year it laid very wet along the the middle section that down into flow we're in medium second we're in four-wheel drive right as steer is engaged cruising yep she's cruising along quite happily uh but when we're done this bit um she will have to go back on the fw again because it'll be where we're going it'll be a lot tighter um so yeah we'll need a definite bit of weight and power but yeah cruising along with this quite happily which like i say i kind of knew it would because um when you see what we sort of i've done all that way probably yeah 10 15 acres or something um what was that bomb they didn't um um sorry that threw me a bit they only weren't you know struggling at all I mean it's really it's not pulling any different than it would be with a plough. Just goes to show the old fast track whirlpool. The foot's getting quite a bit worn so it's even though it's like you know you know most of the time it's not you know not pulling hard at all. It's still tricky sometimes to keep it in. It's funny you probably won't be able to tell on the on the video but three quarters of the way down the field for probably 100 yards there's a slight dip and it runs all the way across there sort of thing it's where the water lays when it floods like and it goes in that bit fine just pulls in nicely but this sort of slightly raised bit either side yes just a bit tricky to keep it in running quite an angle on the rear leg just to compensate just to try and sort of you know keep the leg sort of going like that so it pulls in once we get this bit done we've got a new leg going on we want to get this bit done with what we've got on there first because it's you know it's quite wary type of soil so we're getting to the end down the res auto steer off up with that up with the spool so i could have had the fw on just slower down a bit on for this like so i've got to put it back on uh when we've done this anyway because it won't this the fast track won't pull where we've got to go next but um i did fancy a bit of uh you know comfort um i mean the fw's lovely but um back in yeah fw's lovely but like i've said i think it was on the normac video doesn't make you appreciate having a nice cab once you've done a day in it like um so anyway and anyway i wanted to try the old fast track see what she would um see if she'd cope with it which i'd like to say i was fairly sure she would but um yeah it's nice to know she will but yeah i'm not going to push it on on heavy ground where it's well to be honest if it's on heavy ground she wouldn't have the weight to pull it like so um and that's what the fw is for designed to pull so yeah so new leg going on when we've done this bit put it on the fw and it's got to go and say do this other field then it will be at granston show this weekend on the 20 what's today 23rd on 24th 25th 26th on the 27th i think this saturday 27th It's going to be on the Serestand Martin once they're on the stand with the mole plough on the back. So I've got a trekker over there Friday afternoon. So if you want to see the FW going to the Granson show, she'll be there on the Serestand. I mean, I thought the old TW was popular a lot. When I got that, it went to a few shows and that. But this one, do you think how many shows, not this track there, how many shows the FW has been to? you know there's been sort of not what I've just took it to that it's been you know asked to go to so Cereals, Whitwell twice, Gransdon, Normac and I think starting next year it might be going to another show as well the show as well as its Blue Mate so that'll be cool to take her there again I'm sure you know where I mean starting next year Well, it's all good. We managed to survive. We've done everything in that field we need to do. Back to the yard now to swap legs. It's pulled well. I mean, it is easy going in there that lot, you know. Apart from where that little dip was, where it always lays wet. Once you got in that bit, it really did, you know, it pulled in well. But, you know, hopefully that'll do a job and it won't, you know. I mean, it can always flood, but hopefully it will drain out. It won't just sit there for weeks on end like the water. Can but hope. It really wasn't moulding very well and it probably won't hold much of a decent mould just because of the type of ground it is like. you need to have you need to have a bit of clay in there just to leave a nice channel but of course that's such sandy stuff it's just probably you know it's not going to um you know form a nice channel or but it is what it is it'll you know if it only lasts a year that'll be better than nothing so uh yeah hopefully that's done the trick but yeah obviously like where we're going to go now um you know that'll mould nice because it's got you know it's some hard old ground lot and when i had the restorer on um went over there on the fw yeah the bit the basically the hard bit that i've got a hard bit i've got a mole is um you know really made it well it didn't make the fw sweat but i couldn't romp on if you know what i mean so um yeah so i should definitely want fw power to pull the mole i'm guessing two to five i'll probably do it I'm definitely not going to trust the fast track on it, but the 225 probably would do it, but it would possibly, you know, possibly just, like it was in that first video I'd done six weeks ago, more than the bean ground, it'd probably just struggle a little bit, like. So, whereas the FW would just pull. So, we've got ourselves another target, boys. As I said, we've got quite a bit of traffic. I don't know, is it a Toyota? Zeta maybe? It's not a Massey. We'll sit behind. We'll buzz him on Zeta. Anyway, that was a great success. We didn't blow the fast track up. She put her along quite nicely. She has used only two bars of diesel, so she hasn't been drinking much diesel doing that. So the next stop is get a leg on and get it on the FW. It'll make a bit more noise. Anyway, hope you enjoyed that vid. See you on the next one. Ta-ta!

The JCB Fastrac 3170 gets an outing on the Ceres mole plough, hopefully it doesn't break anything!
