You're about to watch me set and close a prospect for 3,000 hours. And this happened all in under 36 hours. Now, I don't usually record my quotes, but I thought, hey, why not? I'll do a live breakdown. I'll show you exactly how you can improve and how you can level up as a setter. And what I'm gonna do with you is I'm gonna watch this whole call with you. I'm gonna dissect it, break it down, show you the intentions behind certain questions, and most importantly, show you why a set conversation needs to be valuable, it needs to be productive, and it needs to be emotional so that you can help that prospect make the best decision for himself. So let's get right into it. Okay, so let's dive into it. Now, this is a 16-minute call, and I'm going to obviously be going through primarily the questions that I'm asking and the intentions behind these questions. I'm not going to focus too much on what the prospect is saying, although some parts are going to be very, very important because I want to show you that extracting the pain involves extracting emotions out of the prospect. So let's quickly start off with the introduction. Understanding of, you know, what motivates you to join in the first place, where you are, where you're looking to go. And if there's alignment and we can definitely help you, then inshallah we can look at what the next steps actually look like for you. What I did here was I set the expectation. You've got to hold the authority. You've got to show him the prospect that if you have any funny ideas about what the conversation is going to be about. But more importantly, it's about actually having authority and showing him that this is the pathway that we're going to follow. I'm going to ask you a selection of different questions and you're going to answer the questions. And based on those questions, I'm going to decide whether the next steps is even suitable for you or not. Now here, you can even, instead of saying the next steps, you can actually mention the call. By the way, this is a prospect who just opted in to one of my lead magnets. So I decided to call him right after he opted into that lead magnet to give him a call. I have a different way in terms of the funnel that I use. But that was essentially the funnel. And the funnel came from Twitter, more or less, a Twitter type of social media strategy that I have. So it's more or less organic, but the prospect was pretty cold. It was a very, very cold prospect. And that's just to give you some awareness. To my next, until I get on with my work, inshaAllah. So, I mean, what's the main reason in joining the community itself and looking at us, basically? So you always start off with the opening question, which is a goal question. You open up with a goal question. If someone filled in a form, if someone downloaded something, if someone checked out a video, booked a call with a setter, you're always going to start off with what's the intention behind signing up to a form or booking a call with us or downloading this lead magnet. And here I'm talking about my community. It's just a work-life balance, especially with the Dean and stuff like that. You know, getting closer to God because I'll be honest, my turn roll, I'm working a hybrid model, but it's not, it's never really at 95. You know, you're waking up at seven, you're rushing the prayers, and I just feel as if right now I'm... lacking as much as I had his heart to admit but I just want to focus more on my deen and have a more team here but you see the next question is that he has summed up a little bit about his life and a big pain in that he doesn't have he's not satisfied with his deen he's not satisfied as the person he's the person who he is as a Muslim that's his identity he's not happy with his identity and it's because his current situation won't allow him to spend more time on his deen or get closer to ser to being a better muslim and that he's kind of had some issues with his nine to five in that he does he has time constraints as well and he's he feels quite let down by himself like he said it's quite hard to make sense makes sense so you get you mentioned quite a few things there so if i could ask you like what do you mean by essentially being able to do more for the deen exactly. So the reason why we ask this question is because it opens him up. Being able to do more for his deen or doing better in his deen or however you want to phrase it, that's vague. It's vague. You need to be able to extract more from that. So you've got a shovel and you've dug into a hole, right? So now we're just digging into the hole even more so you can get more pain out of the situation. Because your version of I want to be doing better in my deen compared to my version is going to be different. So we don't just walk past that. We want him to give us clarification of his goal. The company is a bit more strict with lunch-based and stuff like that. So, sometimes the timing doesn't work out. Makes sense, yeah. So, what do you mean the timing is going to work out? For the prayers, yeah? Yeah, yeah. No, well, I go to prayer. Like, it's a 30-minute lunch break. The masjid is around 15 minutes to make. You get there, you get back, that's the whole lunch going, do you know what I mean? Okay, makes sense. And what would a high-income school like this be able to give you as opposed to that? So here I asked what would a high income skill give him compared to what he's currently got? He mentions he went into a different department and maybe you could call it a promotion. But what would a high income skill give him that he's not currently getting with his current situation? And what does work-life balance look like to you on a day-to-day for example? What does work-life balance look like on a day-to-day? we are trying to get more clarification as to what he's trying to look for and what would that even look like on a day-to-day we want us some examples we want him to give a bit of meat to that so this is the reason why we ask these types of questions and what we're here is we're opening up we're unpacking the suitcase we're getting emotions out of him remember you can see across this in his two minutes so far that we've got emotions out of him we've got things that he's not happy with for example if his If I give you a normal example, if someone's saying he can't pray his Salah in a mosque, how does that make him feel? How does that make him feel? This is just an example I'm giving anyways. Having the freedom to do what I want, to be honest, you know, having that freedom, okay, you got the work done, you can focus on other things, other priorities, pray, then go back to work. It's not necessarily something that... feels like you're being micromanaged I think that's what my main issue is at the moment I feel micromanaged especially ah right you know what I mean like everything's been put on the question what am I doing here what am I doing there why have you taken a bit more longer for your lunch break ah so what happened like it's that bad it's become a bit bad I was here that I'm not butting in I'm not trying to you know just throw a question in there The best thing of what, one of the best things about this call, and remember this was a very cold lead. He just found out about us, like literally. It wasn't like, oh, he's watching my content for six months. He just found out about us through a Twitter content strategy. Yeah. So he doesn't really know too much about us. But why this call was very effective is because, not just because it was me running it, all min fadlillah. It was because essentially I was listening. And he was just, you know, unpacking. He was unmasking. He was uncovering. And I was just listening. And he felt like I was listening. I didn't butt in with any questions. For the last one minute, 30 seconds, he's been talking about his problems. Makes sense. Okay. And what are you doing then? What's the job? I'm a project coordinator. Ah, project coordinator. Okay, mashaAllah. So you had a recent promotion then, yeah? So here we're going into the background. We just want to get an idea of what he's doing, how long he's been doing it for, how many hours he worked. So this is just the background section. for the past two years and stuff like that this is like a consequences do you know what i mean makes sense yeah yeah yeah i mean so you've been in the job for two years uh two and a half years of thereabouts and you just recently had a um well you recently went into a new department and you've been there for four months if i had correct yeah okay okay and what about the possibility of maybe a different job where so here i asked him it was more or less to create some uncertainty around any other job that he could do remotely I'm not talking about specifically appointments saying or high income niche. I'm talking, I'm asking him, why haven't you maybe looked at a different job where it could give you more freedom? And you know, there's a lot of traditional remote jobs available. So I said, why don't you do that? Okay. He goes on to say that he wants to do something in sales. Funny enough, I was just looking at it today and I just opened Twitter for the first time I saw this role, this website from you guys. So... Ah, right. So you found us through... You found us first before Twitter then? No, no, no. Literally, I was looking through websites in general for like sales, sales roles, online and whatnot. I'm thinking it must have been the... Why sales in particular? Because I'm trying to get the mental qualification of why do you want to do sales, high ticket sales as opposed to maybe moving towards a different job? Or what interested you about high ticket sales in the first place? Because you've been doing project management and it is some far away from doing high ticket sales. So this gets the prospect to self-affirm that he wants it. And remember he's saying it. It's powerful when it's him confirming. to you and to himself people believe in their own statements okay plus the ability to work for yourself almost okay yeah yeah makes sense you have that control over the hours obviously i know it can be a 95 and stuff like that but it's just giving you you earn what you put in yeah yeah exactly it's the value but um one thing you mentioned there as well if i heard correctly is you mentioned nine to five it's not actually like a nine to five it's much different to a nine to five like Here we gave some context about appointment setting because he had a misconstrued understanding of appointment setting and high ticket sales. He thought it was like a nine to five job, but you're self-employed. So this is where, of course, in a different offer, it might not be the same. Depends on how warm or cold the lead is, right? If he's cold and he's confused about something, of course, you're going to correct that confusion. You have, yeah, like this high income scale appointment setting, you don't have to work nine to five hours. The full time that you'd even work would be 20 to 30 hours. If you wanted to do it part-time, it could be 15 to 20 hours a week. So that's how it usually works. Now, speaking of which, of course, my understanding is that you want to pivot away from your job. And you don't have to leave your job straight away to obviously work with us. And right now, of course, I'm just weighing up the suitability to make sure that this actually aligns with the students that we've been able to help. Alhamdulillah, so far so good in that we've got brothers who are in the same position as you. So wait, so here what I did was, I did a bit of storytelling and raising my own authority because I'm the owner of the program. So I was talking to him about, okay, we've got brothers who are in the same position as you to remove any doubts, remove any doubts because there were some doubts that were creeping up on the call. And essentially I kind of put those doubts to bed because we helped him see that there are people in the same position as him who have done exactly what he's looking to do, which is leave his nine to five job. Now the next question is time qualification. So what we've done is we've gone through the goal, we've gone through the pain because he's just been talking about his pain, about his life and about no salah and the new job, new job that he has, the time constraints that he has. So where he is right now isn't going to get him to where he wants to go, which is he wants to have, he wants to live as a better Muslim, he wants to have control and freedom and a good work like that. Of course, you've got your 7-2, what time do you finish? What time, sorry? You start at 7, you start at 7, what time do you finish? My work. No, yeah. It's a nine to five. Obviously, I have to get up quite early. Oh, subhanallah. You wake up quite early then? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You have to wake up quite early. That must be quite tough, bruh. That must be quite tough. I'll be honest, man. Listen, bruh. I resonate with you because I left a nine to five for this. Now I've got this program, alhamdulillah. With the permission of Allah, Allah has given me the favors to actually go ahead and help brothers out in the same position as you, as I was in as well. So, yeah. And you finish at five. So, you get home. When did you get home? 6.5 seconds. Okay, okay, I see. So, do you think you'd be actually, you'd be willing to, if this was, it didn't make sense for you and alhamdulillah, you see it as the way to get out of your job. Can you put in 15 hours a week, 15, 20 hours a week? Yeah, of course. That's the plan, man. You're obviously aware that you don't get anything without putting in the effort. So, I'm fully aware of that. The training requires me to do outside of others, of course. How does it work? Is it like a weekly live session or daily live? Oh, don't worry about that, Motahar. Basically, this call itself is for me to make sure that the next call even makes sense. And of course, on the next call and before even the call, you're going to have a bunch of resources sent to you. It's going to show you our roadmap. It's going to show you what Upwim and Sing is all about. A much more deeper dive of everything before you even hop onto a call so you're mentally prepared for it. Okay, so you'll have all that information. But tell me, I think like you obviously, I'm sure you want to achieve a financial goal to actually say to yourself, yeah, look, I can leave now. So what would a good financial goal be in terms of coming into a business thing and earning that much? So here's what I did. He tried to take the frame of me. Of course, it wasn't some aggressive question. He was trying to get more clarity on how this program works. But I'm not here to sell the program because the next call is to sell that program, obviously with me. But right now I'm here to see if this... conversation even makes sense for another conversation that's the that's your aim and then i re regained the control of the conversation by asking him a follow-up question and now we're going into the finance question so i nicely transitioned into asking about the financial financial questions on the qualification yeah on a month on a month basically how much would you want to be making to say you know what now i can move away from my job with a 2k month 3k month So that was the first financial qualification question. Yeah, around 3K a month. I would say that's comfortable for me to be able to leave my job. Okay, okay. Makes sense. And just so we can bridge the gap, are you far away from that? Are you halfway there? And that was the second financial qualification question that I used. I'm around 2.8 at the moment. Okay, okay. Is that like after tax? Yeah. Okay, that's not bad. Mashallah. So here I asked a third question which was about how much it actually saves because you know depending on the offer you're working on if they have payment plans you need to see if we put them forward for a payment plan and we collect the upfront investment can they pay you off on a month-to-month basis? You're owning a decent amount. Yeah yeah it's alright. But I mean if the money is good would you still want to stay if they're paying you good? it has to be considerably more man than what i'm concerned if they offer me like i don't know it has to be like a 15 10 20 increase i'll be honest yeah bro you're not getting that unless it's like five three four years bro yeah exactly you don't know what i mean bro like um that's the thing like there's a lot of hours especially in the industry I work in the retail industry makes sense yeah yeah yeah I'm with you I'm with you I know how 90% of you work ok and I mean like I'm guessing how old are you I'm 26 oh mashallah you're still quite young so do you have a lot of expenses like after that 2.8 what's the roughly in terms of what you save? what's that bro? I was saying like after your 2.8 salary do you have a lot of expenses bills things like that or do you save a lot of that? Yeah, I save most of it. I obviously live with my family, so there's the bills I pay. I'd say I'd save 50% or more. Okay, okay. Makes sense, makes sense. Alhamdulillah. And if the program aligned with you, you know, in terms of the structure, the roadmap, all the support that you get, and you could actually see that it can get you out of your 9 to 5 if you actually put the work and effort in, in terms of an investment, that wouldn't be a problem for you. That was the last question that I asked about his financial situation in terms of, okay, if this program made sense for you and it ticked all the boxes for you, it can help you leave your nine to five job, are you going to, can you invest? Do you have a budget to invest? And he confirmed yes. No, no, no, of course not. Obviously, if there is a vision I see and that align with it, we're more than happy to be able to express my gratitude and, you know, payback. Okay, that's fine. So look based on based on our discussion here from what I understand is you've been in you've been in the in your job for two years last four months You've had a bit of a massive change and you've kind of realized where you are and we want to go in terms of you are where you're not working nine to five you're compromising your deen You know Russian Salah is very difficult for you to actually do what normal Muslims do which is the obligatory worship you know and uh you've you've had that realization and for you freedom is more important having control of your time being able to pray salon time and and having the right vehicle that can enable you to do that um and i totally agree like you know if we're now growing closer to allah and having a remote type of role is going to give you control of your decision making you know so does that sound about right from what i've just kind of summarized yeah i'm going pretty much yeah okay okay Great. So here, this was a transition. You summarise the conversation in 30 to 45 seconds. You summed up where he is, where he wants to go. You agree on something, if it's actually true, because what I agreed upon was actually true. And you confirm, does that sound about right? Because it shows him that you've understood him. And he needs to feel like he's understood him. And now, the next step to have a call with a senior advisor. it's going to be so logical he's going to feel like a fool not to actually attend that call or not to even consider booking a call with me um here's what i would suggest oh my strong the logical next steps is you know to sit down with me have a call with me i go through the entire road map um this is a 45 to one one hour 45 minutes to one hour call look at the end of the day i've been in your position alhamdulillah pivoted away from the nine to five and i went into exactly this appointment setting and then alhamdulillah I'm living life on my own terms as well. So it does resonate with me. But essentially, yeah, sit down with myself. We go through a roadmap. I'm going to send you content to watch beforehand so you're meant to be prepared for the call. And ultimately, if Allah wills, then this could be the vehicle that could, inshallah, help you reach that goal that you're looking for. Yeah, inshallah. But before I do, like, before I kind of discuss the next steps, like, do you actually feel like that call is beneficial for you and you're quite serious about it? Yeah, yeah, of course, man. No, definitely. I'm motivated at the moment. Okay. Makes sense. Great. So I tied him down at the end. You see how I presented the roadmap call, how long it's going to be, what the call is going to be about, okay, and whether he's down to actually want to attend that call. We set some clear expectations about it. We tied him down at the end. So there we have it, brothers. The rest is obviously just booking a minute and et cetera and obviously asking what time he wants the call. Everyone has different measures when it comes to setting on a different offers. They might have certain SOPs where they want you to make sure that he's checked his emails and you know if he's got the confirmation etc but there you have it brothers that's more or less all the meat of this whole conversation and create elite setters in a high ticket sales space. And most importantly, help them land their first 1 to 5K paying role in as little as 45 days with access to a job board right at their disposal. So if you haven't checked us out already, check that, check out the link below on the description and see if you qualify to work with remote risk. All you've got to do is follow our roadmap and implement. But if you want to wait in line and continue consuming free resources, then I got the best thing for you. I've just released a seven hour appointment setting course that no one has even dared to do in the industry. So if you really want to look at how to become an appointment, sir, how to land your first role, and everything in between that, then check out this link just above. And inshallah ta'ala, I'll see you there.
