This is the exact discovery call framework that has generated over £480,000 in sales in the last several years. And here's the part that most people don't expect. It doesn't actually feel like selling when you use this framework. In fact, the moment I stopped trying to sell and convince people to buy my coaching program, everything changed. My business expanded, my discovery calls got easier, and I fell in love with building my high-ticket coaching business. So in this video, I'm going to walk you through the five-part framework I use on every discovery call. And guess what? It's not a script and no pressure tactics. It's just a simple structure that allows the right clients to say yes calmly and confidently and without being pushed. Now, I've used this exact structure to sell £1,000 coaching programs, £3,000 coaching programs, and £5,000 coaching programs, even when I didn't feel ready for it. So in this video, you're going to learn how to lead conversations with the right people so that they can decide for themselves. Because high ticket calls don't need scripts. They need structure. Now, let me take you back to the beginning because before I built my high ticket coaching business, I used to panic on discovery calls until I learned how to lead. I don't know about you, but I used to dread them. I'd over-prepare. I'd over-explain. My hands would get sweaty. And the truth is I felt uncomfortable talking about money. And I'd even give a discount before they asked the price. The call felt like it was happening to me rather than me being a leader. Now, I love talking, but I'd rushed the sales process. And when I first started, I was only charging like £40 a session. And that's when I realised something. I wasn't leading. I was performing. I basically followed all the typical sales structure, all the hype, all the tactics, the scarcity techniques. But I felt off. I wasn't being authentic. I wasn't being myself. And the moment I shifted that and became a leader, everything changed. I felt calm, confident, and became consistent with my discovery calls. And that's when I signed my first 2K client, 5K client, then another, and another. And here's the crazy part. I was selling the same offer. I was the same person, but I had a different energy. I felt more like a leader. Instead of panicking, I started to feel calm and in control. Best of all, it didn't feel like sales. I felt like I was leading a conversation. I had my purpose. That framework has generated over £480,000 for me personally. And I've shared it with hundreds of coaches. and some of them are out there now selling their high ticket offers from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds because it feels aligned. It feels authentic. And again, it doesn't feel like you're pushing somebody to buy something full of pressure. It feels like you're coming from your purpose. Now, before we go any further, if you're a coach who knows that you're undercharging and you want the full how to sell without selling framework, I laid it all out in my new book, The High Ticket Coach. It shows you how to build a premium coaching program that changes lives and gives you more freedom. If you want the sales mindset, the sales structure, and the sales pricing that makes this feel clean and ethical, click the link below and grab the book. All right, so now let's get into the five-part high-ticket coaching discovery call framework. And this is a game changer, so use it wisely. So step number one, it's all about safety first. The first two minutes decide the whole call. Here's the thing. High-ticket clients don't decide when they feel pressured at the end of the call. They decide when they feel safe, seen and understood. And I always like to start my discovery calls like this. Look, there's no pressure. Let's just explore if this is a lion and I'll tell you honestly if I can help. And at the end of the call, you can make a decision. Now that one sentence lowers the defenses instantly. And when you let people know that they're going to make a decision at the end of the call, you don't spring it on them and say, hey, now buy my program. People do not like being sold to, which is kind of a paradox because we love buying think about it people don't like feeling pressured or being sold to but we do like buying think about the last time you bought some clothes at a shop or some electronics online or the last time you booked a ticket for a holiday to go and sit on the beach and drink a load of coconuts the truth is most people enjoy buying but we don't like feeling pressured when somebody's on the call telling us to buy so that first few minutes and that sentence for me is such a game changer because like hey if this works for you if this is a line for both of us not just you but if this is a line and I believe I can help you, I'll talk about my coaching program and then you can decide if it's for you or not. Now, obviously there's objections and that's something that I go into in my book, how to overcome objections, but not from a place of scarcity or sales manipulation, from a place of genuine concern and authenticity. But if you set the call up in this way and say, hey, you can make a decision at the end of the call, you've already framed them that something's going to happen at the end of the call, that you're going to ask them to buy your coaching program or if it's not aligned maybe not but if you don't say to them hey there's a decision at the end of this call and you get to the end of the call you say hey now buy my coaching program five thousand pounds they're like whoa you kind of spring it on them and nobody likes to be sold to in that way like i said that one sentence lowers all the defenses instantly and just to sum that up safety sells before strategy this is where most people have got this backwards step number two is understanding the real problem so once you've framed it and said hey let's have a conversation and make a decision at the end your job is to understand what's underneath the surface problem your job is to hear the truth underneath why they're self-sabotaging or stuck you see most people know what isn't working okay but they don't know why it isn't working for example they know that they're getting out of shape and overweight and they're feeling tired but they and they're not going to the gym but they don't know why like why do they keep starting and stopping or they know that they're broke and they're not charging high ticket prices as a coach and they really want that and they want that lifestyle and that freedom but the fear or the self-sabotage keeps holding them back so your job is to listen to the surface problems and then ask deeper questions so you can go to the bottom of the symptoms to put it another way you're not a doctor labeling the surface problem you are more of a leader diagnosing the symptoms that are underneath and when you can truly help people understand why they're blocked, why they're self-sabotaging at a very, very deep level, you're going to grow and scale your high ticket coaching business. So questions that I would ask is, what have you tried before? Or why do you think that didn't work? Or maybe how is that affecting other areas of your life? Remember, this isn't interrogation. This isn't coaching. This is you being a leader. You know, the biggest mistake that so many coaches make is that they get on a call and they start coaching their clients on a discovery call. And they're like, yeah, you can do this and I can help you out. And then at the end, they wonder why nobody buys from them. We just give them a one hour coaching session. They don't need you now. Your job is to kind of poke the pain, help them see that symptom, but not to fix it or change it on the discovery call. That's what you do when you get into the coaching program, right? But by doing this, showing them that you're not just listening to their surface problems, you're going to the symptoms. And sometimes they may never have heard of this before. They may have never realized this and you're just going deeper and saying, what's going on? Have you tried this? How is it affecting you? Et cetera, et cetera. Then they start to think, wow, I didn't realize this problem was as big as I thought it was. Wow. This coach knows exactly what they're talking about. But again, you don't coach them. You move on to the next step. Just to sum it up, value is created before you even offer the price of your coaching program. And step number three is all about future pacing. Now you understand the pain, the problem and the symptom. You want to ask them, well, what's your goal where do you want to be in six months or 12 months and remember people don't buy to escape pain they buy to become someone new a shift in identity so now you've got to shift that energy so that you can paint a picture you ask them certain questions like well if we solve this problem in six months what would be different who would you be what would that unlock in your life and again how would it affect your family this is where the emotional decision truly happens if they're not emotional then they're not going to buy and this isn't just logistics you have to understand deeply why is that person invested emotionally spiritually psychologically in you and the coaching program in other words what is that big result that they truly want what is the outcome that they're craving and they've been looking for it for many years and now you come along and you can paint that picture now once you've done these two stages you've asked them the deeper pains you've understood the symptoms then you painted the future picture your job is is to reflect all of that back to them. Don't rush through this. There's no time limit. If you sit in there asking about the pain and the problem and the symptoms for 10 minutes, that's great. You want to be taking notes and listening to everything that they're saying, because this is what you could reflect back to them when it comes to handling objections. And it's the same with their goals. If they're telling you that they want to become a millionaire, they want to lose weight and get a six pack, or they want to find their wife and get married or their husband and start a family. But then at the end of the call, they're not ready to invest. You can bring this back to say well how much is it worth to you if you don't achieve this goal in other words you can use all of their answers when it comes to handling objections at the end of the call but before you get to next stage make sure you paraphrase it in other words make sure you reflect back to them what they've just told you let them understand that you understand their pain their problem and their symptom for example you could say something like so joe i hear that you want to be a high ticket coach but you're afraid of sales and we've looked at the symptoms and you really have some limiting beliefs and blocks around money that you feel like you picked up in childhood does that sound right and joe would say yeah that sounds spot on and then you talk about the future that he said that he wants and you would say something like and joe you said that you want to make 10 000 pounds per month so that you can take your children on holiday and have more time and freedom to be the man that you want to be and enjoy your life does that sound about right and joe's like yes exactly what i want and now joe feels like you have understood exactly what he's asking for and that really positions you as a high ticket coach as the authority to lead him through the coaching program and again once you've reflected back to him you do not then start coaching him and telling him how you're going to do it you move on to the next step now before we go into the next step if this framework and this approach to selling is already feeling more authentic and more clearer than anything you've tried before it's because this is how high ticket coaching works and i break the full system down inside my book the high ticket coach so make sure that you click that link below save yourself plenty of time and years trying to work all this out by yourself and if you don't want to read the book you can listen to the audio while you're exercising in the car or at the gym just click the button below and listen to the high ticket coach so now we move on to step number four which is the most crucial part this is what we call the bridge basically you want to show to your clients that there's a gap from where they are to where they want to be so joe wants to make 10k a month but he's afraid of upping his prices and talking about money and stepping into that leadership but really what he wants is be making 10 000 pound a month traveling around the world with his family and feeling like the man that is and focusing on the hobbies that he enjoys but he's stuck here charging charging low ticket coaching prices so now that's a gap joe can clearly see as long as you've done the first few steps correctly he can slit see that that gap is there and this is what you're really selling you're not really selling yourself and And you're not really selling the coaching program. You're selling the solution from A to B. And what you're going to do is show them that you can guide them across that bridge to get to the outcome that they want. So, for example, I would show Joe how to change his money beliefs. I would show Joe how to improve his self-worth and confidence when it comes to asking for more money. I would give Joe my how to sell without selling script so that it doesn't feel sleazy and pushy. he feels excited and joyful and he stays in his authenticity and he's really genuine when he helps people make a decision he's just showing up like i show up and he's asking people to make a decision to invest in themselves and there's no attachment and then maybe the final step is a visualization it's a meditation that he can do every single day so he identifies and upgrades his identity as the high ticket coach and that is exactly what i would be quote unquote selling to joe rather than my coaching program i wouldn't say to him oh so joe based on what you've told me i can give you a 12 week coaching program which is 12 sessions for 60 minutes every day plus you get access to my whatsapp and you can text me throughout it and there's some downloads and mp3s inside the portal or the community that you get joe's like okay so how does that change my life but if i say to him i'm going to help you change your limiting beliefs around money i'm going to help you boost your self-worth so you really identify as a high-ticket coach i'm going to give you the exact script what All you got to do, Joe, is follow this and say this from your heart and people will buy from you. And then, Joe, I'm going to show you how to upgrade and rewire your brain so that your identity changes as a high ticket coach, which boosts your confidence. And if I wanted to sprinkle a little bit of more emotional connection on top, I would say something like, so once you've done all this, Joe, you'll be making £10,000 consistently. You can book that trip to take your children to Disneyland and then you become that man that you've been talking about and thinking about for the last six years. make sense it's very emotional people buy based on their emotions not on logics not on features so make sure when you've done those first few steps you've diagnosed the symptoms you understand what's truly going beyond the surface problems then you've painted the picture the future what is that dream outcome that that client wants now you show them actually here's a gap you are here but you want to be here maybe you've been stuck for the last six years because you've been doing this on your own now if you work with me i'll show you those steps do you know why because i've done it personally. Do you know why? Because I've helped hundreds of people do that. And I've seen the patterns. All you've got to do is follow these steps and you will get the outcome that you want. And that is exactly what people buy. Not features, not coaching programs, but they buy a new outcome, a dream outcome. So in a nutshell, they're not buying information. They are buying the bridge from where they are to who they truly want to be. And maybe some of the people you speak to have been dreaming about this for years. Okay. They do not buy the program. They buy the bridge and the steps that you can guide them through to get to the result that they want. Now, once you follow those first four steps, number one, you frame the call. Number two, you've diagnosed a real problem, not just a surface illusion. Number three, you've painted the picture or asked them to paint the picture of their big dream outcome. And number four, you've shown that there's a bridge from where you are to where you want to be. Now you move on to step number five and you want to lead with decision. But before you talk about your coaching program and the price of it, you want to ask your client if they would like to hear about your coaching program and how you can help them. For example, I would say something like, so Joe, based on everything that I said, I believe my coaching program can truly help you and get the results that you want in the next six months. Would you like to hear more about that? And nine times out of 10, Joe would turn around and say, yeah, that's amazing. Great. If he doesn't, and he doesn't want to understand about your coaching program, then just ask him why you're on the call in the first place, mate, but get real and just say to them, well, why not? I've just gone through this with you. What's the problem? And then you can answer any questions that you might have. But most people would turn around and say, yeah, I'd love to hear more about it. And the reason why you want to do that is because you want to be a leader. You're not just telling people, you're not pushing them into sales. You're actually leading people, which is perfectly leading me on to step number five. You're going to lead with decision because you don't close high ticket clients with sales techniques and pressure. you call them forward and you lead the way. For example, a close might sound something like this. Joe, look, if this feels aligned with you and you want to cross that bridge and get those results, I'd love to support you. When would you like to start? And then you go silent. You allow Joe to make that decision. No pressure, no sales techniques, no discounts, just silence. Most coaches, including myself when I first died, are afraid of that silence because now we're going to start talking about money and we're starting to panic. But you really want to be silent and allow Joe or your client to take that moment and that time to think, okay, right, is this for me? And then normally nine times out of 10, that's when they start asking questions. And if Joe says, oh, how much does it cost? You answer the price with confidence. And again, you don't give them all the bonuses. You just say it's going to cost you 3,000 pounds. Again, you go silent. And I know this is something that trips so many people up. We want to fill that space. We want to start telling and oversharing and overselling everything that we've got. But silence is your friend. If you can manage that silence, then you are going to win the conversation. And I don't mean that in an egotistical way. I just mean that in a very genuine, authentic way, because you've spent maybe 40 minutes or 60 minutes having an incredible discovery call, finding out about the symptoms, painting the perfect picture, showing them that there's this bridge. The last thing you want to do is rush through this part. You just want to hold that space, feel comfortable, focus on your breath, be silent, and then let your client make those decisions. And what normally happens is that they're going to start to come up with objections like, I can't afford it. Can I have more information? I need to speak to my husband or my wife. This is not the right time. And as a good high ticket coach, you're not there to pressure people, but you're there to understand, is that really the objection? Or maybe there's a deeper fear that he doesn't believe in himself, or that maybe she's tried so many times that she just feels like she's not going to get it this time. And your job is to listen to the objection, realize it's never really, it's a surface objection. It's never really about what they say. And like you did in step number two, you want to dig deeper and ask some questions. So for example, if I'm talking to Joe and I say, so Joe, this feels really aligned and I'd love to support you. When would you like to start? And Joe takes a moment and says something like, well, I don't think it's the right time. I can't afford it at the moment. I would say something like, Joe, I understand it's a big decision. It's a big commitment. It's a big investment. But do you mind if I ask you a few more questions about what you just said? So you want to ask for permission rather than bullying him into a conversation or telling him it is the right time. You know, I want to say, is it OK if I ask you a few more questions about that? And I ask questions like, well, if now is not the right time, Joe, and you've been trying to do this for the last six years on your own, but you can't do it. When do you think is the right time? And again, once you've asked the question, go silent. Allow Joe to really think about what he's just said. And normally what happens is the ego or the brain is in fear. It doesn't want to part with its hard-earned cash. It doesn't want to change because it likes the familiar patterns, the comfort zone. And so your job is to not coach them, but to call them out so that they can see those objections are not really real. However, if you don't do this, those objections will hold that person back from achieving the goals that they secretly dream about. And for you, it's not going to help you build a business. If you get your first objection, say, okay, Joe, no worries about it. Have a great day. Bye. and yes i've seen so many coaches do that and i've done that myself because of fear and panic in a nutshell if there is any hesitation from your client and they have some objections don't rush don't justify and don't chase leadership holds space and usually that's through silence okay neediness is what collapses it so listen to what they say then ask some questions so let's just wrap this up in a nutshell all right you do not need to become some sleazy car salesperson that pressuring people into buying you need to become a decision leader that leads people and calls them forward when you show up grounded clear unattached to the outcome the right clients feel it and say yes and they say yes without being pushed and without resentment later down the line you are not a closer you are a decision leader that is calling people to step it up and if you follow all of these steps in the video number one frame the call number two diagnose the symptoms not just the problems number three paint the picture number four show the bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be and number five handle the objections through the power of silence and then close the call through the power of making decisions remember my final point is you want this to be a win-win you want to enjoy working with that person just as much as they want to enjoy working with you this isn't about you just getting a sal this is more about you becoming a leader to help another person step into their true power and if you want to learn more about handling objections if you want a list of questions that i use when i'm on discovery calls make sure you download the high ticket coach book or listen to the audio because it is the foundation of everything i teach or comment below and tell me which part of the discovery call feels hardest for you right now and make sure you subscribe because next i'm breaking down how you can raise your prices to 5k and more without feeling guilty or over explaining have a great day and i'll see in in the next video.
