ChatGPT/Claude:

I run a [type of business] that serves [target audience]. My primary goals on social media are awareness, engagement, leads, sales. Generate five content pillars with three subtopics each that would attract and engage my ideal customer.

Generate [N] social media posts for [platform] based on the content pillar "[pillar name]". Tone: conversational, authoritative, inspirational. Include hook, core message, CTA. Format for Instagram (short paragraphs, line breaks, emojis), Twitter (concise), LinkedIn (professional storytelling).

What if you could create an entire month of social media content in just one hour? Not rushed, low-quality posts, but genuinely engaging content tailored to each platform, each audience, and each stage of your funnel. What if AI could handle the writing, the repurposing, the scheduling, and even the design? That is not some future dream. That is exactly what I am going to show you how to build today. And by the end of this video, You are going to have a complete AI-powered social media automation system that saves you 10 or more hours every single week. Let us get into it. Hey everybody, welcome back to the channel. This is Chris with Cyber Savvy and today is video number 10, the third video in our intermediate series. We have already covered AI sales funnels and AI-powered email sequences. Now we are tackling one of the most time-consuming parts of running an online business, social media content creation. Here is the reality. Most entrepreneurs spend 5 to 10 hours a week creating, editing, scheduling and posting social media content. And most of that time is wasted on repetitive tasks that AI can handle in minutes. Today I am going to walk you through the exact system I use to produce 30 to 60 pieces of social media content per week in under 2 hours of actual work. We will cover the strategy, the tools, the exact prompts, the workflows and the mistakes to avoid. This is a complete playbook. Let us dive in. Let me start by explaining why social media content creation is such a massive time drain and why most people approach it completely wrong. The average small business owner posts three to five times per week across two or three platforms. That means creating, writing, designing and scheduling 15 to 25 pieces of content every week. Multiply that by the time it takes to brainstorm ideas, write captions, design graphics, resize for different platforms, and schedule everything. You are looking at 5 to 10 hours per week minimum. And most people do this reactively. They sit down on Sunday night, panic, and scramble to create content for the week. The result is inconsistent posting, generic messages, and content that does not convert. The real problem is not the posting. The problem is the entire creation process is manual, repetitive and disconnected from strategy. What if you could batch create an entire week of content in one focused session, with AI handling 80% of the heavy lifting? That is exactly what we are building. Before we get into the workflow, let me break down the tools you need. There are four layers to this system. Layer one, the AI writing engine. I recommend ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro for this. These are the models that will generate your captions, threads, scripts and repurposed content. They understand tone, platform-specific formatting and audience psychology. Layer 2, your content planning tool. I use Notion or Airtable to store content pillars, batch ideas and maintain a posting calendar. This is your strategic foundation. Without a system to organize ideas, AI just generates random content that does not serve your goals. Layer 3. Your design and visual creation tool. Canva Pro is my recommendation here. It has built-in AI features like MagicWrite and bulk creation tools. But even more powerful is combining Canva with AI image generators like Midjourney or Dahl-E for custom visuals. Layer 4. Your automation engine. This is where Make.com or Zapier connects everything. Your AI generates the content, Canva creates the visuals, and your automation engine schedules everything to buffer, later, or your publishing platform of choice. The total cost for this entire stack is under $50 per month. Compare that to hiring a social media manager for $500 to $2,000 per month. And the AI system works 24 hours a day, never takes a day off, and never runs out of ideas. The foundation of any social media strategy is content pillars. These are the three to five core topics that your content rotates around. Without pillars, you end up posting random thoughts that do not build a recognizable brand. Let me show you how to set this up with AI. First, open ChatGPT or Claude and use this prompt. I run a type of business that serves target audience. My primary goals on social media are awareness, engagement, leads, sales. Generate five content pillars with three subtopics each that would attract and engage my ideal customer. This gives you a strategic framework in seconds. For example, if you run a social media marketing agency, your pillars might be content strategy tips, behind-the-scenes agency life, client results and case studies, tool tutorials and reviews, and industry news commentary. Each pillar serves a different purpose. Strategy tips build authority. Behind the scenes builds connection. Results builds trust. Tool tutorials provides value. Commentary sparks engagement. Once you have your pillars, store them in Notion or Airtable and use them as your content calendar backbone. Every single piece of content you create should map back to one of these pillars. This keeps your feed cohesive and ensures you are always serving your audience strategically. This is where the real-time savings happen. Instead of creating one post at a time, you are going to batch create an entire week of content in one session. Here is the exact process. Step 1. Pick your content mix for the week. I recommend the rule of thirds. 1 third educational content, 1 third engagement content, and 1 third promotional content. Step 2. Feed your pillars into your AI tool with this prompt template. Generate number social media posts for platform based on the content pillar, pillar name. The tone should be conversational, authoritative, inspirational. Each post should include a hook in the first line, a clear message in the middle, and a call to action at the end. Format for platform-specific formatting. For Instagram, that means short paragraphs, line breaks, and emoji. For Twitter or threads, that means punchy, concise statements. For LinkedIn, that means professional storytelling with a takeaway. Step 3. Paste the batch results into your planning tool and review everything. Do not just copy and paste. Read each post, adjust the tone to match your brand voice, swap out any generic phrases, and add your personal stories or examples. Step 4. Create variations. Take each post and ask AI to rephrase it in three different ways. This gives you options for A-B testing. and ensures your content stays fresh. If you are posting five times per week across three platforms, this entire process takes 60 to 90 minutes for a full week of content. Compare that to five to 10 hours of manual creation. That is an 80% time reduction. Visuals are the most time consuming part of social media, not anymore. Here is how to automate it. First, for static posts, use Canva's bulk creation feature. Create a template once, then duplicate it and swap out text and images. Canva Pro lets you do this in minutes. For custom visuals, use mid-journey or dull E3 with prompts like create a minimalist flat-lay illustration of social media icons with a gradient background in brand colors. Professional, clean, modern style. Generate 5 to 10 variations and pick the best ones. Second, for carousel posts on Instagram, use Canva's presentation mode. and export each slide as an image sequence. Or use AI slide generators like Gamma or Beautiful.ai to create full carousels from a single prompt. Third, for video content, use tools like Opus Clip to auto-clip long-form videos into short-form content. Simply paste your YouTube video link and AI identifies the most engaging moments and generates captioned clips optimized for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Fourth, For repurposing content across platforms, use AI to reformat your content. Take a LinkedIn article and ask AI to convert it into a Twitter thread, an Instagram carousel outline, and a Facebook post. This kind of multi-platform repurposing used to take hours. Now it takes minutes. The key is building a template system. Create 5 to 10 visual templates per platform, and every time AI generates content, drop it into a proven visual framework. This gives your feed a consistent professional look without the manual design work every time. Once your content is created, it needs to get published at the right time without you sitting at your computer. This is where automation comes in. First, choose your scheduling platform. Buffer is my recommendation for beginners. It supports all major platforms, has a clean interface, and includes basic analytics. Later is another strong option, especially for Instagram-focused creators. For advanced users, I recommend combining Make.com with your scheduling platform for conditional automation. Here is the workflow I use. I batch create content on Sunday evening. Each post is uploaded to Buffer with its designated time slot. Buffer's AI scheduling feature analyzes your audience's peak activity times and suggests optimal posting windows. I review and confirm, and the entire week is scheduled in under 20 minutes. But here is where it gets powerful. Using make.com, you can build automations like this. When a new YouTube video is published, automatically...
