but um yesterday closed three out of four of my calls um one of the calls is only poster wins holy i know i feel like i'm not you know when you feel like um you probably don't feel like this i i feel like i deal with a bit of like imposter syndrome like i don't want to be posting that unless i feel like the results are really good yeah you know what i mean i don't you probably i don't know if you go through that you don't seem like you do i'd go through that so like i know the only way i understand logically how to get over there which is just the post i understand that i'm just my emotional side the emotional like rationale i'm getting there posting is good one because like testimonials sure but like the other thing about posting is um like posting your wins is you'll see like i'm fucking telling everyone because bro no one fucking posts their wins unless me or a mod ask um but like the good thing about posting it is you'll get a pattern of like closing deals posting every day and then there are days where where other people make more money than you and you're going to be pissed off um which is good yeah all right i'll make a deal i'll make it i'll make a deal with you right now i'll post if i can every time i get a sale that is 2k plus yeah just send it at the end of the day yeah yeah yeah yeah what's the ultimate outcome you're actually looking for from day trading or from us also i told you this before too but if there are certain things that you do really well in your process that's working there's no point in like reinventing that in your own head just apply it right yeah i think one thing that i've been thinking about because i've been thinking about your process and the thing that i really apart from I need to call people out on their bullshit, which you've definitely helped me bring up again. Cause now that I've been not performing as well as I was when I was hitting 20K a month, like I'm in like 15 again, I'm back down to like this pace cycle. I'll probably do, no, I'll do, I'll do 16K. Right. So it's come down, but okay. Which is just not ideal, but yeah. Like confidence has dropped again because I'm like, Oh, like I was up here now here and been thinking about okay what worked before well i never really needed help with discovery like i've always been asking the questions but now that i'm following this not other process but i'm trying to read the script it's not working as well which we're about to see but what i needed help with was limiting belief and i would always struggle to get that but now yeah i've got that frame from you and i know how to like go about that process so that's working really really well now so i think yeah yeah i mean at the end of the day bro that's just a mental blocker like for you right like you said like you not having that confidence that's just you right so like you just gotta objection handling yourself bro yeah like you should show up on every call like you're the guy like you should show up on the call that like you're making 50 grand a month and then you'll have that confidence back what are you not liking about your situation at the moment that's really making you want to look at a different avenue um yeah i'm liking it oh you are liking the situation oh yeah you know if i didn't like i would finish years ago but it's just something different so i guess like what are you not liking it's like making you want to look elsewhere so instead of liking change the word because this is assuming say bothering like what's bothering you about like what you do now because like if he were to say nothing's bothering me i don't think that would have happened here like he's on the call like he might like his job but something might bother him within his job what do you like do you like everything 10 out of 10. yeah like everything's in our seniors okay well if that is the case like what's really making you want to transition out of working for the department of education and also doing support work on the weekends well just just to be able to be in a different country and trading and making a living so I'm not restricted to one place. Okay, I would have challenged him here. Because how can he say he's living a 10 out of 10 life but he's not able to have location freedom, right? Like this, what he said before, yeah, I'm liking everything 10 out of 10. And then he literally just said, right? Like, oh, I want to be doing this, doing that. I would have challenged him. Like, okay, dude, I don't mean to be an asshole here, but like, how can we say we're living a 10 out of 10 life we're not able to do the things that we want to do and i don't i don't mean to say that to push you in the spot i say that just because i want to challenge you on that yeah okay so would you say that then that's sort of like you feel you can't like just go anywhere and just live life how you want to yeah say that okay this guy you you can tell he's very turned off already um let's see i think what i'm trying to understand is like if you love everything to another team like why even change well it's i've been doing it for a while and stuff and i'm just looking for change what's been what's been weighing on you that's been like made this come up okay maybe it's time for me to make a change well i'm just having a look what's out there and stuff you know everyone's making money and stuff through social media remote jobs and stuff like that people trading you know i wouldn't mind learning how to trade yeah anyway is it are you wanting to look at earning more money as well because you're not earning the money that you want to uh well you know if trading is successful when you can you know get that massive money you know you gotta cut them off here if it's successful right videos and stuff like that money's not a problem money's not a problem it's just if you know trading is just something else that you know is something else to learn and you know if you could do trading and do the jobs and whatever you know it's it's it's just good to know that had that knowledge of trading now what is definitely good knowledge i have i'm don't think would you say might sound like a dumb question but like okay like would you just say if he says something like that that if and but language it's like okay he says oh if they're successful am i do you want me to just be like what do you what do you mean if it's successful if or one and just smile okay and they'll know they're they're old bro um if they are younger and like they they'd they'd be like, what the fuck are you talking about? But like this guy would know, you know, like if, or when, oh, what do you mean? Uh, like if we make trading successful or when we make trading successful. Um, yeah. Don't get me wrong. I'm glad I definitely have the knowledge, but I often find the people that are just sort of like wanting to learn it, but they're not in, there's nothing that we're really trying to solve. It's something that I seriously wanted to do. Yeah. Okay. What made you, when you seen it, when you saw it, when you saw it, what made you really super interested in being like, you know what? Like I actually might want to spend my time on this even though i'm loving my life team out of team like i said it's just something else to learn like my actual background is it but now i work with kids and stuff you know um still love the job but it's it's just something else you have in your what you're utility about you know what i mean yeah you know if i was to be made redundant tomorrow i know how to trade yeah you know i would have been so aggressive with this guy so right away um he's he's not moving at all like he's just dancing around your questions 10 out of 10 ask him how much he's making okay so be more okay yeah just be more direct so like max like i i get that you think you're living like a 10 out of 10 life but how much are you making a month right now um like 4k a month 4k okay and i'm not saying that money means everything max um but like is 4k a month a good reflection to the man that you know you can be oh no it's not okay so how can we tell ourselves we're living a 10 out of 10 life we're making 4k a month we're not able to travel and live the life that we want to and again i don't say that to put you in the spot here but is it truly like a 10 out of 10 life and again money isn't everything yeah that's correct yeah so you get their income or you get like the specific thing he mentioned and tag it in with is that a good representation of a man you know you can be here like when he says like to make money when people straight off the bat say yeah i just want to make more money um you just like logically when somebody says that it's just like you're not here to make you're not on this earth to make money and that's not why you're here that's not your motivation it's the things that money can buy so for this guy like when he says oh like what do you want to do when you say what do you want to do with that new skill then right actually i would change this question too because this is that's the answer that's a logical answer um but let's say you're asking for his ultimate outcome and he says yeah i just want to make more money um so yeah dude like money like money at the end of the day is just like ones and zeros in our bank account and i guess what would that money allow you to achieve yeah just go straight into it and then you can assume that the things that he wants to achieve he doesn't already have does that make sense yeah very much so if you love it so it's like i said what made you get so it's yeah that's pretty much like i love my jobs but it's just you know if this is good and you know i do well and stuff then maybe i can put the jobs that i do have on the back burner you know what i mean but i've still got i've still got that like a good partner so he's using again very uncertain language maybe if if this is good maybe i can put the jobs away you have to cut this off yeah i've always wanted to learn okay so there's no um there's no deep pain that you're wanting to sort of fix any problems you're trying to solve no well i don't know if i mentioned to you before like i did i kind of started trading with another person and stuff and then to find out i got ripped off which pissed me off of course because i was like the momentum was starting but because of that it's like and then after you know how was that i would say just over here yeah that would be very frustrating they got scammed right and is that something that you're really scared oh hell yeah yeah is that something that you're ready to get over or are you still sort of like still sort of in it like i'm over it and stuff it's just i was left with not knowing like what i actually wanted to learn yeah yeah i think as well the reason i'm going back and forth with you on these questions just so you have an idea is because i'm actually trying to figure out if this is right for you and we're and like we are right for you as well opposed to just being like hey lance here's a mentorship like send me send me your money i want to make sure that we should be a good fit together um you really take to it you actually learn how to where do you want to be in 12 months time well i'll definitely start slow you know sorry can you repeat that question again when you want to be in time first of all i just want to know how to trade for stop whatever i make or whatever the goal is that will come once i've kind of mastered it because um i don't have anything now i know i'm just had to move on but i don't actually have anything to talk about and why is here you still don't need like pain is really good to have but like worst case you can't get the get the guy to open up just find his desired situation bro like all you really need is desired situation limiting belief if you have pain amazing you can use it as ammo but you don't really need it right like you've already pushed enough like i wouldn't want you pushing for more or else he's going to get pissed okay obviously there are better ways to ask questions different ways to ask it challenge better but like aside from that like through this call you can't take it back but like i would have just gone straight into desired and we'll definitely be able to give you that there's only takes i find it takes anywhere for three to six months typically just so you know so we're on that 12 months time i'm making 5k a month trading because i've linked the skill i'd be happy with that beautiful okay and you know one thing i do notice about successful students lines is um they're all strongly connected to their why just so you know like you know what's on your partner because after you know like i was watching the videos and stuff like that and you know you should you know bring your partner in the course today no and stuff like that yeah she doesn't want to jump on the call no by the time she gets back home will be late she works in the city and what this is the decision that you guys need to make together oh no no i was just going to tell her i'd like respect or something along those lines oh i was just telling her i was getting into it and she was like oh not again oh yeah yeah do you think then like like i understand where you're coming from we could always do a call on the weekend if that is this is how i generally see it happen with a partner if that's the mentality beforehand because like you know you've tried something you didn't work out in the past that i could take you through and you could love everybody i'd hate to do it but if that is the case we could always jump just to tell her okay yeah do you think if you decide to decide on the call hey look i love this like i want to get started would you like trust that you know whatever decision you make is the right decision for you in your future like i said yeah we'll have the call and stuff and we'll just go oh you know talk to her and stuff we'll just go through the pros and cons and yeah like it's just something i want to do but it's like you know i would have rescheduled right away you're getting a hard like like even though i already tried to you you reckon just a hard i'm not doing this call no i'm not going to say that but like like this guy's already saying like i'm gonna go through i'm gonna get the list of pros and cons and bring it to her and that's just how we've always done things because we're married like this he's already saying like did he tell you at the end he can't make a decision or what yeah that's it yeah yeah that's exactly yeah that's what i thought so um yeah what i would do is i was just telling like dude i get that i respect we only take one call per client due to like the volume that we have so to make to be as time efficient as possible um let's make sure that we get a time um for you and your partner that you guys can both 100 make okay and don't even ask is that okay you say okay when are you straight to the point yeah so yeah um yeah dude i i want to respect both of our times we only take one call per client that's it due to like the volume that we have so what we need to do yeah what we need to do is important what we need to do is reschedule with you and your wife okay because this guy yeah yeah this guy is gonna Yeah. Yeah. Well, yeah. If you've been able to make like, yeah, let's see. That'd be awesome. To have rugged paid as well. Um, it would just be just make your money sitting there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We just up and go as a friend and limited. Yeah. I understand that. I understand that. I'm a transform manager. We can transform. And you are, I'm an admin admin. Okay. And do you guys guys have your jobs here now team? Yeah, you do love your job. I love what I do. Okay, what are some of the things that you like? Just getting things done. Thank you. This work. I guess, see, this is how, dude, if it's not congruent, challenge them on it. Like they're saying that it's a fucking rat race and all that shit fucking five seconds ago. And now he's saying that they love their life 10 out of 10. Don't be afraid to challenge bro who cares this is a lead just be aggressive as like just getting things done making things work well what do you think what do you not love to know that's bringing you on this call what's so sorry what do you not love to know what and we're not well like if you love your job team out of team why not just continue to do what you do for work and double down on whatever you can keep up the ranks earn more money that way like why did you transition out of something that Cause income's kept in addition. Okay there. So that's why that's, that's the ultimate outcome to get out of a, uh, to get out of a capped income, basically. So why shouldn't you not let me do that? And that's really wanting to, oh, you didn't pick this up, did you? No. Yeah. Um, so that's what it is and rat race. So when people refer to rat race, they normally mean they don't want to continuously repeat like the cycle basically. so he's probably tired of that i'd rather have the option to go to work having to get away okay look i'm going to challenge you if you love something 10 out of 10 why would you want to have the option to go and do it that's what i think we're hard workers the way we were brought up like we're like i said um earlier on the phone now we're in our 50s retiring soon and like it's the government this new budget becoming government's not gonna look after anything kind of build our nest egg and the best way to do it is obviously um building off outside of our 95s. It doesn't mean like, they'll come in front of us. So here he's giving you some pain, like indirectly. Like he's saying, with like the current economy, he's not, like the trajectory he's going at isn't going to get him to the retirement that he wants. That's also another thing. So his pain is retirement, but also not having a capped income. So here, what you could bring, you could bring this up, like reiterate this right um so you have a kept income but you're not going to be able to live your life the way you want to when you retire yeah exactly yeah so sue like with the current trajectory that you and your wife are going through like would you guys not be able to retire the way that you want to no just look at other options so and how well how close is retirement are you guys australian new zealand australia australia what's your retirement age legally you you can retire at 60 and access half of it. So is this a matter of you wanting to really grow your nest egg or also is it so we're not as limited as you mentioned? Yeah so we we our families I look at my family and think I think I want to be able to provide for them as well um be able to mentor them I guess um inspire the younger generation to get more you know. Yeah there you go so that's another one they want to provide better. Okay and do you guys have kids? No. Okay cool so just just a bit of it okay still they still want to provide better whether it's not even if it's not direct family like kids or wife whatever i love that i love that okay um for you laura is there anything that you want to add to any of the questions that i'm actually asking no i think it's just escaping the 95 race that's the main thing um i've already said that working 95 caps our salary because i think um we're both hard workers very smart people so just wanting to explore explore our skill sets outside of our and the reason i'm asking all these questions is a really good understanding of like we so that's why i'm actually asking these questions i'm not just asking them to i'll get it so you mentioned very so initially you mentioned that but now you're mentioning laura um how long have we felt like we've been really in the same cycle in the same rat race and i think a lot of it's to do with getting older we like time flies time flies but now like gone other days where i was out 40 every weekend and like um yeah like now our weekends we stay home right we would get out yeah you know at this point at this point i've just felt so um uncomfortable like these questions were just not landing at all they just i felt like i just couldn't even ask the right question so i keep on moving on i don't even ask a question yeah right now you're so focused on like the questions and saying the right things but they already gave you the pain bro you just weren't listening i think that's the issue here because like that last call they gave you a little bit of pain not as much as this couple but this couple they gave you pain bro they said they have a cap income they won't be able to retire with the current economy and they want to provide better for the family not kids whatever they don't have any but for family they want to break the pattern that generational pattern no one's been able to do that yeah when when like someone brings something like that up do you think it should be a matter of like okay it's been brought up i need a probe on it maybe one layer deeper and then leave it and move on yeah so you can it's like you could do like a temp check i guess like yeah you could probe you could probe and see how it lands and if it doesn't land well just move on i think like one thing that is really important with anything like that would you want probably the way i did it and like i failed what i'm like it's what it is i mean i can't realize this it didn't hit then it didn't hit but like i guess i mean i can't say how many what the percentage of that actually got somewhere with it i did i did see um some so do you think that like you gave it a good enough and that was every time so you need to go all in yeah i just what stopped you from going all in that time i think the cash flow at the time wasn't wasn't right but like my money aside if you had complete conviction of belief that you could make it work you would have just done it anyway right yeah i believe that and like what was actually internally holding you back from i don't know i guess myself i don't know whether the mental block i don't know whether it's adhd like i've read a lot of books over why people keep coming up against my cause on that like i have okay so this guy is one of like from this alone you can tell he's like um an information loader what the is the word for it though analysis paralysis that this is the type of guy he is um so he just looks at things yeah he just looks at things and reads things and fucking does nothing with it right um so that's like a potential limiting belief i think so would it be a matter of like well it's fear yeah right yeah fear of the unknown basically so do you think it would be like an iraq go down so like well i'll ask you can i actually can i be real with you what happens if all you do is continue to look read books do free mentorships did fear to make it work and go down that route yeah like he tried in the past it didn't work out he said he there's no self-doubt but there is he's just not going to admit it um so yeah you still want to circle back down to fear um yeah with this guy like you could bring up analysis paralysis and then you can figure out where that comes from like where does that analysis come from paralysis analysis come from is it fair to say that comes from like the past experience you had when you said like it didn't work out the way you wanted it to yes um and then tell them it's fear like the way that i like to look at it is like whether you want to admit it or not is like some sort of like self-doubt like a fear of the unknown like that's why we've been just reading books doing nothing obviously don't say doing nothing but like you know what i'm saying yeah like i think the motivation is there but the failure is probably this sounds like a book it's not something like have you ever given much thought i've looked at do you think it's like it's something to do with just like like uncertainty if i see it working for someone else then i know it works but it's just i don't know whether it's an uncertainty of it working for me or you know that I don't know. It's like I said, I can't put a finger on it. It is some sort of mental block. It is uncertainty. Yes. Yeah. I just, I would love to figure it out on this call because otherwise it's my belief that if we don't figure out what has been holding us back, it will continue to hold us back on this call tomorrow, next week and six months. Okay. So where to from here? Well, what do you think internally has been holding you back? If you're like, you look in the mirror and you're 100% honest. Yeah. What do you think is holding me back? I have no idea. I think for me, it may not have been the right opportunity. it may not have been the classic right time in our lives the man of the right time and that's what's like woman not the right opportunity i think for me it may not just be maybe i'm wrong maybe there is something internally but i think that maybe the way i look at it is right now we are in a good place and maybe we're ready now maybe we will succeed at this so that's what i'm looking at is i don't expect us to be grilled grilled that's how i'm feeling what made you feel that way oh i really don't want to look into me thank you i'm fine but i think for me this is not expected i kind of thought it would be an opportunity to understand what service you provide it definitely will be i'm sorry that you're feeling that way but um like nine times out of ten if i just go through what the mentorship includes people will just be like look i don't see the value i'm not enough like i don't even feel like i've uncovered anything initially i don't see the value and therefore i'm gonna take the next step so going through this part it may be with the team percent okay for me it was just understanding what's on offer that's what i was coming here for maybe okay let's see how you challenge this i don't know i like this the the turns me on bro i i would crash out bro okay bro i wish i knew that so yeah i would make her feel so stupid but no now i folded from here yeah so what would you have done in that situation what would you want through what yeah i would have cooked her okay here wait hold on let's go back up here opportunities understand what services it definitely will be i'm sorry that you're feeling that way but um wait oh i really don't want to continue thank you i'm fine i think for me this is what i expected i kind of thought it would be an opportunity okay pretend you're her okay oh i really don't want to continue thank you why is that like why don't we want to look internally well you know i didn't come here for to look internally i came here to find out what this mentorship included okay that's fine again we'll go over that later but like from what i've noticed from like every student that we worked with the most important conversations that we have are the ones we have internally the reason that is max is because like there's two types of students that come into the program with us right there are the students that have some sort of motivation or some sort of push or some sort of pain that allows them to like have the discipline to get it done to accomplish like the trades to be profitable etc and the other students have no reason at all to actually do it who do you feel like actually gets closer to their goals oh yeah yeah i guess the yeah the ones that yeah look internally then yeah and for us to look internally right like i want to know exactly what's holding you guys back internally because if we don't do anything about that now we're just gonna we're just gonna continue going around in circles in this rat race that you guys are talking about right and i only say this not to be rude not to be some like random dick i say this because i've seen so many people in your guys shoes where they say oh i don't want to talk about anything internally when that's the core problem so make it as relatable and as like, what's yeah, relatable, but also as common as possible. So I see, I get why you're saying that. Right. But like the people there, there's always two types of people that come onto these calls. There are people that say, I don't want to look internally. I won't. And there are people that want, don't want to look internally, but they're open to do it and i promise you this right 99 of the time right the people that look internally get further every time yeah okay so you that's like straight conviction and also just like bullshitting bro like to be fair that is bullshit like you just have to tell them like i i understand where you're coming from like in human terms no sales terms i understand where you're coming from i want to help you because if we don't fix this limitation we're going to end up nowhere what you guys can do if um you do want to like have some time to think about it or just to talk about it you can put me on mute for 10 minutes like 20 minutes whatever it takes and um come to that decision together so i think we'll please come back to you at another time we're not gonna make the decision right now okay well what do you like just don't understand like if i need to send any more information about what's actually coming up no nothing i think i think my understanding of this call was just to understand what services you provide so he's so stuck up bro like you can just tell i think we just go away and discuss it oh you know it's so annoying it's like she's acting all high and mighty i was thinking about this after because i've reviewed this call already and you've got some your points better than my points that i found i found i just felt like i was being a but but which I was, she's saying like, she's so smart and everything. She works as an admin and she's like 52. And I'm thinking I was afterwards. I was just, I got so mad. I'm like, you think you're the fucking bees knees and you're living a fucking rat race life. I fuck off. Yeah. It's really sad, bro. Like bird's eye view. It's really sad for them. What you could do is try this on one call and then send me the call recording. I want to know how it goes. Next time somebody is hard to open up, they're hardheaded. Tell them, ask them how old they are. and then tell them your age and how much you made last month. You can even lie about how much you made last month. I've done that. I can't express it. I've done that so many times, bro. And then they'll, they're, they're going to lower their ego. Like it works, bro. Like just, just try it sometime. You feel like they're not opening up, whatever. If we don't look at this, I don't want to look at this internally. That's a pattern interrupt too. like you could when she said oh i don't want to look at this internally just cut her off and just say okay let's take a pause here how old are you uh yeah 52 52 okay i'm 22 years old and last month i made 40 000 i don't say that to be some cocky guy or some guy to some guy to have like some big ego i say that because i've talked to so many people like you guys i don't want to look internally but if we don't look internally nothing ever changes and then you'll have that like not authority but like respect of like okay this guy knows a little bit of what he's talking about even if it's just a little bit bro like they're they're at least gonna be open to it just like straight ego cell conviction cell like that's all it is like with that girl it was worth a shot bro like i saw it from a mile away that they wouldn't fucking buy yeah my just from her like the way that she was talking her demeanor etc i think like they might have potentially purchased if i had done the multiple things but i think if i included her all the questions she might have softened up to me a little bit i didn't include her and therefore she could stay there and that if i had overcome her with the charisma i could have like yeah got her to like me that way for sure and then who knows what might have happened or just yeah sometimes you just gotta challenge bro like just challenge her more like it's not like worst case they don't buy it cool move on to the next lead bro who cares right um but yeah you just gotta challenge her and then put her in her place tell her how old you are tell her how much tell her a fucking number 5x the amount you made last month bro

🎯 FREE: THE HIGH-TICKET CLOSER DIAGNOSTIC

I built something for closers stuck under $30K a month.

It's a short questionnaire that shows you which of four specific things is keeping your income capped.

Two of them have nothing to do with your sales technique — and most closers never figure out which one is killing them.

Step 1 → Fill out the form here: https://tally.so/r/2EOK7M
Step 2 → Once you get your results, screenshot them and DM me on Instagram (@vince.sturgeon).

I'll personally break down where you're actually losing deals based on your answers.

No AI. No automation. No team. Just me, looking at your real situation.
