100% Open Rate Cold DM Script Revealed | Go High Level

In today's video, I'm going to share with you the exact script and framework I used to get a 100% response rate over cold outbound messaging. I actually made a video about this over three years ago, and this video has gotten over 27,000 views on short form here on my YouTube channel. But today, I'm going to share with you an AI that builds a personalized interactive demo for the client and the lead in this case in under two minutes, forcing them pretty much to book a call with you. Obviously, you didn't want to start an agency to spend five hours a day sending 100, 200 messages over Instagram DMs, copying and pasting the same message just to be left on right here. You started an agency for financial freedom. But right now, you definitely feel like you're wasting your time if you've been doing manual outreach and sending the same messages to everybody because honestly, most people are selling the same exact sort of offers. the same sort of services. And it's kind of just like everybody else and nobody has a specific edge in the market too much. I am going to jump into this here in a moment too, but I do need you to hear this because if you've been sending messages or you're thinking about sending messages that are still like really generic, most business owners are not really going to respond to your DM, let alone even open your message because it just feels like you're just another person trying to sell them some... random fugazi stuff and their defense mechanisms go up and then they kind of just delete your message or just never ever acknowledge it but to win here you have to bypass their entire defensive mechanism completely you can't really just tell them what you're going to do or really anything like that you pretty much have to show them what you built for them immediately when i figured this out like everything changed seriously i stopped pitching the way that i was and instead of pitching i started demonstrating so Let's jump into the entire script that generates me a 100% open rate and a insanely high response rate. What you're going to do is either go to Google Maps or go on Instagram or whatever preferred platform you have, like maybe even LinkedIn. And basically what you're going to say is you're not going to pitch them. You're going to send this exact message word for word. Hey name, quick question about your website. Are you guys currently taking on new clients this month? Now, why does this work? Well, it's because we're basically triggering some sort of psychological curiosity gap to basically tripwire their mind to make them be like, is this a potential new customer that wants my services? Is this somebody that is trying to sell me something? I don't really know. So I have to go back and respond to them. They basically have to open it if they are a good business owner. So when they reply, like saying, yes, we are accepting new clients. How can I help you? The trap is set. You are already one foot in the door. Next, we're basically going to figuratively walk through the door here. But this is where 99% of people mess up because they get too excited and basically mess up the entire interaction before they even had the chance to demonstrate. Because remember, we're not pitching, we're demonstrating. So they typically would reply saying like, oh great, I have a marketing agency or great, I help local businesses do X, Y, and Z. And then boom, you're ghosted. They delete your message. Instead of you jumping the gun and saying that you have a marketing agency or you're trying to basically sell them on something. Instead, when they say yes, you're going to reply with something like awesome. The reason I ask is because I noticed your site doesn't have an automated booking agent to handle after hours traffic. So if somebody wants to go and start talking to the agent, they can. This is basically like an AI agent and even inbound phone calls. This website allows you to demonstrate exactly what it would look like if they were to work with you and give you a chance. I'm going to show you exactly how easy this is to set up in the next like 15 to 20 seconds. So I'm in my account or one of my test accounts. And what we're going to say is basically FAQ support. Actually, let's do appointment booking. So we're going to pick this company. That's what we're going to do. Company name, Smith Services. And the whole objective here, the whole objective here is we're programming the entire mock-up and bot mock-up to be programmed with this website's information. And then we're going to do web chat. We actually, you know what? I'll just show you exactly what it's like for Instagram profile. So now it's setting up. now what you can do pretty much here is upload their custom branding so if i really wanted to i could pretty much copy and download this image and upload it here as the example to make it super personalized but for this for the sake of this video i'm not going to do all that stuff um but also keep in mind you're not going to be creating all of these different bot mock-ups for every individual person that you reach out to you're only doing this for people that respond back to you which it's still going to be a lot of people, honestly. So they actually have a free plan. You can have up to 25 different bot mockups, which is great. And you can go from there and you can always go into certain ones, change them and kind of recycle through the same 25, give or take. But the whole gist and the whole demo of the bot I did here is basically if they have an Instagram bot set up in the DMs. So what I'm going to say is, hello. And then it's going to say something right now. Okay, looking for plumbing services. I can help with that. What kind of service are you looking for today? Where are you located in Arizona? Let's just see how good this bot is. Okay, they're in Mesa and the East Valley. So it's giving me two different addresses. What's the rate for me to have someone come out here and clean? My, I don't know, garbage disposal. What a random question. Okay, so it's basically going... That's so crazy. It's basically going to try to pre-qualify me. And see how... See if I'm a good fit or not. Let me pick this apartment complex. This is actually kind of funny. I don't know how it's going to react to this. Like who... Who's going to create a bot mock-up for an apartment complex? Let's just see how it does though and performs. So a general assistant... Let's just do a general assistant for this, for the hell of it. Okay. But what I'll do this time is... Let's just say text. So say that somebody were to inquire at an apartment complex and you had this system set up. Let's just see how it would look basically. And... of course i want you to understand here by the point of this video that this is a demo of the bot that you would end up building in go high level as an example you cannot build these actual bots inside of bot mockups that's why it's called mockups like a demo of what it would look like so keep in mind this is strictly for you do for this is strictly for you to market yourself and market exactly what your end outcome would look like to a paying customer once they see what they like over instagram dms or over cold email whatever you're sending to these people and they like it and then you close them okay now you have to build all this out using go high level and of course if you made it to the part of this video i have an entire 30-day free trial for go high level which is the best online crm and ai platform that i am aware of it checks off all the boxes i've actually been a paying subscriber for Go High Level for about four consecutive years. And obviously building this out in high level is not the hardest thing in the world. Like really, you just program the AI with their website. The AI scans their website, all their pages and congregates all that information to be conversational. It's very, very powerful. And it's a huge, huge opportunity to capitalize on. Well, let's just say that I was ready to share this to a prospect or share this to a lead. Once they responded saying, yes, we are taking X, Y, and Z customers or whatever, right? You basically just copy this link, you paste it in your URL, and this is exactly what it would look like on the free plan. It's going to say demo powered by bot mockups. If you pay, I think it's 180 a month. it would that would go away and it would just be kind of like white labeled but this is this is exactly what the business owner would see once you send them the link and i could say hey do you have two bedroom part units available now even if i spell wrong let's just see how it says and see what it says of course it did like this thing it's it's so good at presenting the value and showcasing the value where it really wows people when they see it. So you can take that one click shareable link, drop it right into the chat. And you're not asking for a meeting here. Like you're giving them a toy to play with, to mess around with. And when that business owner does click on that link that I just showed you exactly how to do and sees the AI answering the questions. in real time what they were asking it like the product sells itself they're most likely going to ask you how they can get this on their website because they're going to see the value right away and this is exactly now the point where you send them your calendar link you confirm and get them on your calendar booked and you close them on a go high level monthly retainer now you don't have to say that you have a go high level agency you on the call once they've already been sold on the product you can go and answer their questions and say like yeah i have an agency i work with x y and z type of people and basically install this exact software and this exact service on their website social media whatever the case is and at that point you can close them for anywhere between 297 a month to 497 a month and at the point of this video right here we're getting towards the end i don't want you to just watch this video and click off and go watch some stupid live stream or watch some other youtube video with all these different business models like straight up this is a really really good opportunity to take action on and if you don't take action on something like this Day by day that you continue to wait, you're going to have more and more competition because you're basically procrastinating. I want you to close a client in the next seven days here.
